Have listed several homes through Sand Dollar Realty, with great results and have had excellent service from Rob & Judith! Would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling.

From list to closing was 45 days which is great. Very patient with all my questions and the questions from potential buyers. Everything you could possibly want in an agent and agency.

I listed and sold some property myself via Sand Dollar's ala carte services, and was very pleased with the results. I paid a flat fee for an MLS listing, and saved a ton of money on agent fees in a super-hot seller's market. Robert and Judith were knowledgeable and responsive to my requests, and patient with all of the buyer's agents who accidentally called Sand Dollar instead of me to ask about the listing. Buying or selling without an agent is not always the ideal option for everyone and every market, but if the conditions are right and you're willing to put the time and effort in, Sand Dollar is the ideal do-it-yourself solution.

I contacted Rob to list one of my rental properties for sale on the MLS per his flat fee listing program. Rob and Judith were very responsive, detail oriented and helpful. Although I did not hire Rob to represent me formally in the sale of the property and he was not due a commission, he took time to answer some questions about a pending deal and he provided great advice.
