The team showed up on time and were ready to work right away. They were very accommodating as my wife and I were working from home on the day of the clean. They took their time and did a great job of cleaning the tougher to reach areas in the home. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone who needs a reliable and professional cleaner.

We wanted a deep cleaning and I reached out to three companies. Sophia's was the fastest to respond, and had the most direct pricing so that I would know what to expect at the end. Many other companies would provide an hourly rate but not an idea of how many hours it would take. They also replied with a lot of detail to all of the emails I sent in-between scheduling my appointment. The two ladies that came to my house were extremely nice, very polite, and did a wonderful job! We were originally planning to only have the one-time deep cleaning done, however afterwards I inquired about an ongoing cleaning and just scheduled that to begin.

Two ladies came on-time with all equipment needed for a move-in cleaning. Next thing I knew, the vacuum was running, refrigerator shelves and drawers were being removed and cleaned, gas stove grates were off and being washed, etc., etc., until all was move-in ready. Nice job, and quick responses ALWAYS to my inquiries. THAT'S very important and impressive attention to customer needs.

I just had my first cleaning with Sophia's Cleaning Service and my whole family is impressed! It is quite difficult to find a cleaning service that is thorough and that you feel comfortable with, all at a fair price. For me, Sophia's Cleaning Service is all 3 of those. The 3 women who came to clean were professional, attentive, and most important of all they did a terrific cleaning job. At the end they asked me to walk the house to see what else they could do to make sure I was 100% happy with their work. I have to add that they were SO nice! I am also very happy with the fee they charge for my rather big house. I recommend you give them a call if you are looking for a new cleaning service.
