I visited for the first time today, and I had a great experience. I felt very welcomed, COVID safe, and pampered while I was there.
I had one of the best facials of my life with Shannon in Eden Prairie. She did an amazing job; I felt so wonderful after the service. My skin was glowing and I was beyond relaxed. I enjoyed myself so much, I booked an additional service to prolong my experience.
Next I had a blow-out with Quinn, which was an awesome treat. She made my hair look and smell sooo nice. I felt fantastic and spoiled upon leaving the salon, and yet it didn t cost an arm and a leg! I will definitely be going back again!

Once I sat down in the chair I was told, We usually charge more for textured hair. An extra $10-$15 . My white mother who also has curly hair was not told this when she had hers done. I also told them before coming in that I had curls and was reassured that they could cut curly hair. I scrolled down these reviews and I noticed theres other reviews regarding racial discrimination with hair at this location. The hairdresser also started brushing out my curls dry? Very obvious she s seldom dealt with black hair.

If you cannot cut ALL types of hair on the spot, then you cannot cut hair period. I have never been told by a hairdresser that I need to request more time when scheduling a hair appointment with us because of my hair texture before this. I just had her straighten it and cut it that way because I immediately felt uncomfortable having her handle hair she obviously isn't used to/ wasn't trained to.

She didn t charge me for changing my mind and having her straighten it before the cut, but the embarrassment I felt from how her words made me feel was pricey enough. I left a hefty tip out of habit but once I got home and processed things I wish I didn t leave anything. If you re anything but white and you have textured hair , this place isn t poc/ black people friendly. Respect yourself and your beautiful natural hair and go elsewhere.

I ll leave the particular hairdressers name out of this review because I don t think these policies are her decisions, but this establishment needs to start training their employees on every single hair type if they want to claim that they can do hair.

From the call I placed to schedule my appointment until I left after my service, this place checks all the boxes: friendly, professional, helpful, and a superb level of customer service! Sophia (?) was an expert at going the extra mile in locating a purchased gift card on their system so that I didn t have to lose out on it. I fully intended to walk in and pay the full amount but she insisted on locating the purchase record and applying the $ amount to my balance owing. Wow! Unexpected!

I haven t had a massage in years and unless my client hadn t generously gotten me a certificate I wouldn t have brought myself to make an appt. I m a small business owner who is always short on me time & pretty hard on their body on a daily basis - for reference.

I booked with Rich, a blind date if you will. He took such excellent care of my body, though sore I feel like I m floating. I can *feel* the healing process already!! He applied the perfect pressure, spoke in a relaxing, soothing tone, & made me feel really comfortable. So worth it & have already booked my follow up visit. I m so excited to have been given the opportunity to revisit such an integral part of self care, especially in my line of work!

My second time coming back for a pregnancy massage I got Karin K and I couldn t be more satisfied! I told her I prefer deep tissue and that s exactly what I got where it was needed. She released tension and knots in my upper back and neck I didn t know I had. It was so worth the money and time that I want to come back over and over to her, pregnant or not. She definitely has talent and a calling for this! Thank you!!!
