The venue was nice and in a central location. The drinks were quite expensive but that's to be expected given the location.

Pleasant environment I was there for a presentation of Italian products (Pugliesi)
And we had a pleasant welcome.
Located in the center of virtually everything in LONDON
Nice quirky hotel in an excellent location in Soho.
Sadly not for us nice place but no tea coffee in your room and mini bar very expensive. A very small room called the crash pad wet room for a shower. Paid full price as it was my wife's birthday . Would we recommend no over priced and no cooked breakfast without paying .
A pleasant and somewhat unique hotel, with more than a few links to the music industry. Little difference between so called crash pad rooms and more expensive ones. Hot tub on the roof can be fun
Expected better for a 5 star hotel. Staff were very nice though need to pay more attention at stocking up at breakfast.
Visited the terrace bar on a Saturday evening. Service and drinks were meh. Considering the price I would expect a clean area and comfortable seating, which this bar lacked. If you are likely to feel offended by being served drinks in a plastic glass, don t visit this venue. Recommended for smokers!
Went to the restaurant. Service was a bit slow but food was good. Got a sun tan off of the hot plate light!
Fantastic venue for parties, especially the rooftop bar with the hot tub. Staff are super helpful and the ambiance is great.
once great hotel now run down and shabby, but still at premium price. location saves it. staff seem disengaged and obvious tension amongst them.
The lounge on the rooftop does not hold to the reputation of the hotel itself. Staff was uninterested, drinks served in plastic cups and the atmosphere was 'calm'. Sure it gets better in the summer but still fails to match the standard of the inside bar and restaurant!
We stayed here on NYE. Had a great experience, rooms very clean and quirky. Service and atmosphere outstanding!
Very nice hotel! Comfortable and quiet. Good personnel. Breakfast was also very good.
I attended a private function on the top floor the hotel was very chic. The bar was a little expensive but all round good service.
I had boozy brunch in the restaurant and it was lovely. Huge portion of fish in the haddock dish but it was lovely.
The staff were very attentive and the decor inside was beautiful.
Awesome hotel. Nice staff, good room service. Great "rock and roll" decor through out the hotel. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Their is no such thing as a complimentary breakfast in Europe, you have to pay.
A hotel with a very nice decoration, trendy.
We slept in a superb junior suite with all the comforts.
Very comfortable king size bed.
The position of the hotel is perfect next to the shops of Regent Street, Oxford Street, Soho Covent Garden .... I love this hotel in a great location, I will be back.
Great rooms and service. Roof top bar and hot tub is cool.
Went for the private cinema. Nice room, good bar. Decent.
Afternoon Tea which included a good selection of sandwiches, cakes and a bottle of prosecco. Top service, lovely restaurant, 5stars
Lovely room and great facilities. Roof top bar was a bit small. Lovely place
Hidden roof top bar in London :). Great service and chilled vibes
Good vibes! Was here for screening on a movie by Culture Trip. Had a great time on the rooftop. Really yummy starters and easy going beers.
Classy, chic, unique hotel. Great concierge service
Superb hotel and great pop up running at the minute with good food.
expensive and the roof terrace doesn't have any views really. Saving grace was the free nuts as i was starving
Fire alarm went off in middle of night on second noght here without explanation. Given a crash pad when we booked and paid for a superior room. Loud music can be heard in room.
This is a quirky hotel with interesting rooms. We had one of the loft rooms which was delightful. What let it down was the service which fluctuated between absent and surly. The best thing about the hotel is that it is right next door to Ottolenghi's Nopi which offers a superb dining experience in the basement next to the busy kitchens.
Friendly Staff - However the hotel is in need of a refurbishment. The rooms are looking tired, rust coming through on mirrors and worst of all air conditioning was noisy and very out dated, it took ages to reach desired temperature and kept us awake. Not good
Its time for management to invest some money on refurbishing the bedrooms!
Nice hotel and excellent and friendly staff. Would happily stay again.
We attended the London Burlesque Festival Show in the basement of Karma Sanctum Soho. During the interval our Deadpool host announced that the venue had opened not one, not two, but three of the bars for us to use during the interval. He mentioned a roof top bar, so we rushed up several flights of stairs to get a drink. It looked magical! Heading straight to the bar, a member of staff told us to sit down and wait for table service. We tried to explain we were at the show and wanted to quickly order a drink. The member of staff became aggressive with us, shouting and repeatedly telling us to sit down. We continued to try and communicate but it became physical, my parter was grabbed, pushed and told this member of staff Runs the show here . Looking over to someone else waiting at the bar they politely told me it was actually a private party. We had no idea. I turned to other people I recognised from the burlesque show and told them to leave the bar with us asap. Walking all the way back down the numerous flights we found the main bar. As we walked up, I overheard the staff saying that again, we needed to sit down to be served. I intercepted more show goers to stop them from making the same mistake. I felt frustrated and worn out. Spotting reception I decided to make a complaint. The receptionist was shocked, wondering why they had said that when there s was no space for us to sit down at either bars... I was told they were sorry and that they would send an email . I understand miscommunications happen, but all this member of staff had to say was sorry this is a private party, please leave . Shouting and psychical contact is an unacceptable way to treat a confused event goer. We would not have gone up there if we had known, we just wanted to buy a drink. Thanks for making us feel unwelcome and abused.
Awesome hideaway on the top of a hotel. Have an espresso martini, jump in the hot tub ... And enjoy the open doors. :)
Good boutique hotel in the heart of Soho. Friendly staff and personal attention from the owner.
Good Hotel in a very lively location...small but good rooms... very good service and very helpful staff...ever smiling..
For shopping and night life the location was perfect walking distance to most places
Room was very nice and clean even had a towel change within hours of using them
Highly recommend this hotel will visit again
Rock / luxury atmosphere, very well located and breakfasts at the top, served in a superb room. Friendly staff.
I do not know about the rooms, but the restaurant was ok.
Interesting decor, very noisey though and I had a TV remote but no TV!?
Nice rooftop bar, not too open and quite private feeling
Superb boutique hotel just off behind regents street, they have an amazing roof bar with hot tub if you fancy a dip.
Party like a rock star. This is the hotel for excess with a hot tub on the roof this is the place to be. It's awesome. For rockers!
Stayed here last year for girls shopping and theatre trip... location is perfect... Hotel was warm cosy and friendly, so we booked again this year, the staff were welcoming and helpful, our room was clean, warm, cosy and the bed was super comfy with the softest of sheets.. even had a complimentary glasses of champagne as one of our designated rooms had a late checking out guest.. great service.... love this little gem of a place...
Everything was spot on, i arrived just before midnight so parking outside was very good and didn't compromise me in no way what so ever, walked up to the door and opened it and went in lovely decor, was greeted by a member of staff who took my details and payment along with id, then was given a key card to my room along with some nice words stating the hot tub and bar as well as if i need any help don't hesitate to call, i then made my way to the elevator which was also nice, finally got to my floor and opened my hotel room door and that's when the magic started!
beautiful room, spacious, lovely decor, beautiful bath! the best i have ever sat in! everything about the room and experience was top top top! i would definitely be visiting again in the near future!
Thanks again for the experience.
Overall it was a great stay. Gets a minus one star because I don't like the showers in the crash pad. It's a wet room
Top location. Quiet in a side street and shopping and bars just a few meters away. The room was small, but very nice bathroom, nice little roof terrace with bar and friendly service. The breakfast offers fresh fruit every day. London-Typically expensive, but good
Expensive and pretentious. Have had fun there though. Staff friendly.
Worst place in the world and the staff totally sucked . I will never go there for a drink or to even rent a room . Too over priced and rooms are small . You get better service outside sleeping on the curve +!!!!
Only been to the bar, I've not stayed in the hotel, but the bar is ok. The best thing about the bar is the staff, they're friendly and knowledgable, they have an interesting Nepalase beer that's worth trying.
The shorts are expensive, even for a hotel bar; at the prices they're charging for a standard gin you'd almost buy a bottle in an off-licence.
Have been staying and drinking coffees in their bars Quite often and it's just a good hideout with lovely service and amazing decor.
I had the misfortune of being part of the NYE party along with a group of friends. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 15years but I have never seen such defective hosting and running of a venue. The GM, apparently the wife of the owner, had no solutions for our queries, while the wait for service was extortionate due to the bar not being allowed much stock and the GM keeping the only key with her. I felt embarased seing the staff put in that situation where they could do nothing to help. Every problem that arose and needed the GMs input felt amplified as her customer and social skills were heavily lacking. We left very disappointed and promissed to never set foot in the venue again.
Rooms small but beds comfortable. Staff in the bar and restaurant not particularly friendly. Great location
Great venue for private functions with a jacuzzi too
What an awful place. We were charged premium prices but served wine in plastic glasses. Also charged a service charge for serving wine at the bar. I would avoid.
Went for cocktails before dinner and were impressed with the value (went for Happy Hour) and friendliness of the staff.
Dreadful, went for my birthday the place was empty at 1:30pm that should have warned us.
Food was ok. Would not go back

A really nice rock and roll style hotel with lots of interesting pictures and very nice decor. We stayed in a room on the fourth floor and didn't notice the noise of the street on the weekend either, everything was super quiet!
The bathtub in our room was a real highlight and the bar was lovely too. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful!
Breakfast was also very tasty and varied for London standards. You don't really have to say anything about the location of the hotel - just great!
I can only recommend it!
Great food, everything made by hands, (that's why you need to wait to get your food), good quality of the food too, nice bed, rock-inspired enviroments, very good service, yes, we really enjoyed our stay!
Centrally located hotel with nice and attentive reception. Room very small, bathroom is flooded when showering, because shower is not separated. Continental breakfast well laid out. Temperatures in both rooms poorly regulated.
Good place to meet up or Networking. The space can just about hold about 50 people comfortably and the atmosphere was buzzing.
Terrible experience. Rude staff, no information given at check in, cold room, asked us to pay more for hot breakfast even though we paid for breakfast with the room. Room was OK. Tried to charge for mini bar we didn't use. I won't be staying again. A friendly staff on the way out was the only redeeming feature. I left feeling like I'd been conned as it wasn't cheap. Booked through Agoda 29-31 Jan.
Great rock memorabilia and friendly staff. Gin an tonics are at central London prices, which could be a shock to some
Excellent service and spectacular bed. Breakfast is good and the juices are great. The facilities are the most beautiful.
Great hotel, was here for a charity legends dinner, great food, and the event was awesome
An amazing place to have a party. The roof lounge was booked for my Grandma's retirement and the venue was amazing, as were the staff.
The hotel rooms were rather quirky, as expected, but the rooms shower was incredibly squeaky and made extremely loud noises when turned on.
Lovely and clean room, tasty food, nice and friendly staff, only issue we had was that we were unable to use the bar upstairs because it was full of people, not sure if they were guests of the hotel or outsiders
Went for breakfast. Simple menu, very friendly service.
