We haven't even been seen at the place yet and I have a really bad taste in my mouth already from the way I've been treated on the phone on four occasions. I have been hung up on twice and rudely spoken to on three of those occasions. Can't wait to see how much more rude they can be when we get there!

I am a disabled veteran. Walking is very painful for me. The Diagnostic Clinic has a huge parking lot on three different levels since it is atop a hill. There are many parking spaces on the ground floor parking area. Only six of them are handicapped spaces. At any given time there are at least 100 vehicles parked in the lots. But only six for the handicapped. This is disgraceful.

I am happy with this place. It has almost all the Drs in one spot and they can read each other s notes to get a clearer picture of what they are working with the tests you ve had and the current medications. I find that to be very helpful

The staff here is nothing but rude, first off we could not get anyone to check us in, then after the appointment going to get my mother's blood drawn the room is packed with older people whom need the chair more than I, so I stand I was raised with good home training. The rude woman at the desk then yelled at me and another woman that we need to "go sit down that we were blocking the door way" we were not blocking any doorway, we were simply letting the old folks sit. All of the office staff need more training or just be replaced, my mother pays good money for their service, if they don't like white people they ahshou not work here!

I called to confirm my initial appointment and make sure they accept my insurance. The lady put me on hold twice without even giving me a chance to speak and left me there with a loud buzzing sound for several minutes until I hung up. No good customer service.

The scheduling person was very rude when she called me to set up the initial appointment. The initial check in person wasn't rude but she wasn't friendly either. I also saw that the lab put urine on a shelf where anyone sitting in the waiting room could see it. I saw a nurse roll her eyes when another patient wanted a drink of water and I also saw nurses that were not wearing their masks properly.

This is a large-scale and impersonal clinic. Checking in is like going to the DMV to get your car tags. Although individual physicians (and medical staff) will vary widely the overall experience is more like factory medicine. Next!
However, it is possible to do "large scale" healthcare well. An example of this is the Arkansas Urology Clinic about a mile away. It's not quite as large as this clinic but still serves many patients with many doctors but unlike LRDC it does it in a relaxed, friendly, and personal manner.

Very disrespectful of my time. For first patient appointment they require you to arrive an hour early to get everything in the system and it only takes 15 minutes so you sit waiting and waiting for your appointment. Being told it is clinic policy to make you arrive early when you voice your complaint is dismissive and hateful.

Dr. Alsebai is one of the greatest doctors in the Little Rock area. My visits with him have been nothing but great. He is one that takes time and patience to listen to your complaints, and not just walk, talk, and write on his way out the door. If you are looking for a DOCTOR that actually cares about you and your health, Dr. Alsebai is the one. Thank you Dr. Alsebai, I am your #1 fan!!!!

My doctor is good, but I was shocked today that several employees in scrubs on the first floor were either NOT wearing masks at all or else wearing them incorrectly (pulled down below nose). (Two had no masks at all, and one had her mask pulled down below her nose!) Thank goodness that the lab tech who took my blood DID have a mask on. As a patient with a high-risk health condition, I stayed as far away from those maskless employees as possible. They make the patients go through the COVID-19 screening process, but do NOT assure that the employees wear masks or wear them correctly! I would never go here again if not for the fact that my doctor practices at LRDC and I am happy with her. 5 stars for my doctor, but 0 stars for the facility.
In reading some of the other reviews, I see that the canned response is "contact our office directly" to rectify situations. WHAT IS THE NUMBER TO CALL?

I was seeing Dr Nair for a few years now for my thyroid issues. Loved the attention and detail from him. Would do all labs needed and redo some if needed if my symptoms got worse. He s was my best endo ever in the 20+ years that I ve been dealing with this.
Well he has moved and it broke my heart! My last visit my tsh level was a little high. And it doesn t take much for symptoms to get bad When that happens. Been about a month since the last labs. He didn t make any changes but said if I needed anything to call the office even after he moved.
Well I called the nurse today because my symptoms are getting worse and I m feeling fatigued, foggy, heart beating odd at times and other symptoms that relate to your levels being off. The nurse returned my call and said we can t check your labs until the new Dr sees you so just go to you pcp and have them do it! That upset me highly. I ve been a patient at LRDC For a while and at a time I really needed you , y all brushed me off in 5 seconds on the phone. Can t say how highly I m disappointed in this and considering looking elsewhere. How are you running your clinic? We are your consumers so treat us like we are!

Dr. Patel and his team are nothing short of exceptional! I have never received this level of care anywhere else. A lot of Doctors seem rushed but not Dr. Patel. You can tell that he is very concerned about his patients health. He takes a hands on approach and will work with you until the problem is resolved. Dr. Patel also seems very confident in his work and this is reassuring to me as a patient.
I would also like to mention the staff and nurses at the LRDC Endoscopy Center. They are all very polite and professional and the nurses are welcoming and friendly. The facility is clean and modern.
Thank you LRDC!

I have been a patient at the LRDC for over 20 years now. I have three doctors and the staff at the infusion dept that takes care of me. I am very pleased with the patient care that is provided. The schedulers, nurses, business office, and support groups are very polite and professional. I am very happy with the care that I receive.

Livid with this place. Never had such a horrible experience with any business. Took forever to get anything scheduled. Rushed in and out like cattle. Communication is awful! Wait times over 2 hrs. Test results take several weeks to be reviewed by docs. Just got results from labs taken 10 days ago. Had someone call today that couldn't pronounce half the results and she sure as heck shouldn't be someone that delivers potentially bad news. Found out we should have been put on antibiotics a week ago. This place is absolutely ridiculous. Been dealing with them for several months. Very upset about the lack of care and concern for their patients. Their focus does seem to center on patient care.

I was referred to Dr. Hughes for a severe GI issue I ve had for three weeks by my pcp. After seeing him he scheduled me an EGD procedure to hopefully get to the root of the problem. During this time my insurance was mistakenly canceled and i was unaware. I spoke to the people in charge of my insurance and was told they will reinstate and back date it. To which i let the billing office at LRDC know. Needless to say my procedure was canceled until i can prove i have active insurance because they don t see private pay .. basically they are trying to charge $6000 for this procedure and they were afraid if my insurance did not back date they wouldn t get their money from their way over priced procedure. Mean while i am still just as severely ill with no answers.
I really hope it s not life threatening since LRDC doesn t care about people only
Money. Absolutely disgusting and what is wrong with healthcare !!!! And the billing office BECKY was ridiculously rude and spoke to me
Like i was stupid. I will not use LRDC ever for any reason and will tell anyone i know to run and find another dr. I already let my pcp know
Not to use them for referall. Doctors should care about people. Not their inflated salaries .

My goodness... WHAT has happened to this place?? My mother was seen here several years ago and treated wonderfully. Not now!! I was shocked by how rude and unprofessional office staff are and it is very difficult to get a message to your doctor if you have a complication. No wonder so many doctors have left for St. Vincent's. Mother dreads calling for any reason now and gets very upset. We are searching elsewhere for another doctor and clinic. (Lab techs were friendly and kind). WHY aren't the doctors and office managers checking these horrid reviews and working to improve things??

Very disappointed in LRDC. I love my physician Dr. Patel at premier gastrology, but LRDC billing department is very rude and needs more training. They have told me 4 different amounts that I owe. I called my insurance company who stated no one from LRDC had checked my accumulations on what had been met. They did not want to adjust my bill to what I was told I had to pay, instead they stated I will send you the EOB and you can see for yourself what the amount you owe is. Very unprofessional and disappointing that their mistake and misleading information is on the patient. Definitely not returning and will not recommend any patients here.

Dr. Bordador himself (the physician) is great, and I couldn't ask for a better Doctor. However, the staff at the Clinic is horrible. Trying to call or schedule an appointment means you are either put on hold for 15-20 minutes, or greeted by a rude person that doesn't care to much of what you have to say. They are to the point and don't care much if they help you or not. I typically have to call at least 4 times before I can successfully get an appointment, or get through to a nurse to leave a message. I either get hung up on, or transferred to a place that doesn't exist, or get a message that says "This line is busy."

The Doctor have been great, so was the infusion clinic. Until they where taken over by the suits from St. Vincents. They removed all the television's from the waiting room. In the Infusion Clinic, the staff are reduced to one RN and 2 EMTS. During my last 2 visits they had difficulty in starting my IV, the last the EMT started the incorrect medication. Thankfully it was caught in time, but the medication and IV tubing had to be wasted.

What a flipping joke this place is!! They tell you upon scheduling, to arrive an HOUR to half hour prior to your appt!!
So I arrive at 11:30, for Radiology test at noon....... 12:30, still sitting there with the form they told me to complete.... I asked a different check in person why I'm still sitting. He asked why I didn't go to radiology department!!?!? I said because she told me to have a seat & complete this form & someone would come get me in a minute!!!!
Long story short- I left there just shy of 3 p.m.!! ( scheduled for 1 test at noon & another at 1:00)
Now does this sound like a place you want to waste time at?? No?? Me either!!

This place runs more like a cash cow business than a health care facility. I have seen two different doctors here in the last year and both were incredibly unprofessional and impersonal. I literally felt like a paycheck rather than a patient and recieved no answers/feedback, nor care. I will not use them again. I personally would not recommend Dr. Bao, endocrinology, nor Dr. Alina Voinea. I would go out of state before I ever see them again. Please save yourself the headache and pain and go somewhere that you will receive adequate attention and care.

Sometimes the wait is a bit much, but the doctor I see, and his staff have been nothing but great to me. The parking is greatly improved and most of the spaces right in front of the buildings are handicapped accessible even if they aren't labeled with the symbol on the ground as most spaces have a sign saying 'for patients in need' as well. (I use them for my respiratory and spinal pain issues myself).

If I could leave no stars and tell people to run away, I would. I have been a patient with the clinic for about 8 years. After my doctor of almost 6 years left, everything went to crap. My new doctor thinks he is God's gift to medicine and does not listen to his patients. I go in asking him to up my prescription because he increased the dosage and he hands me samples of several different types of insulin so that he doesn't have to change my prescription. He has done this multiple times and I have to pay out of pocket for what I need instead of risking my health. Also, the lab is a joke. I spent over an hour waiting to have blood drawn by a rude phlebotomist. This is a common occurrence and it is getting worse. I am switching to another doctor and clinic because I am truly scared that this guy is seriously inept and throwing samples at patients just to meet some goal he has set.

I am crushed that after being a patient all these years, the physicians of LRDC have chosen to dump their existing patients to go with SVI. I really thought they cared, but obviously they can be bought. I hate having to look for another physician.

Ridiculous, arrived at LRDC ,Dr. Lowery clinic, apparently I arrived 15 minutes late, check in 0915 appointment at 0930. I arrived at 0930 . Weather was terrible, raining heavily. I was being safe on highway to get to my destination, LRDC!! Sent upstairs and waited 45 minutes for my vital signs taken. Told to have a seat in vital sign room, was told no room available . Waited 30 minutes more, NA told me Dr. Lowery said, she was going to see all her patients, even new patient before she would see me. Told NA I am going home . Being punished like a child for being a few minutes late. I left ,went downstairs and got reimbursed for my co payment $40.00 . Will not return to this clinic. Dr. Lowery only sees me for 5 minutes every visit, belittled me, not interested in my complaints, only medicates lab results. In process of finding new rheumatologist!!!

Trying multiple methods to get in touch with doctor, or PA for immediate issue with 89 old parent. It s Christmas Day... I got it but they don t list an on call doctor or PA and the automated phone service is awful. Abysmal consideration for patients. The business/administration department is absolutely horrible and beyond rude. My knee Dr called to set me up and appointment and was told that the patient needs to call...so I call to see what is going on and they inform me from 2003 that I needed to pay a outstanding bill of $6.37 before they would go any further and they may or may not see me after that is paid that it s their decision...after the rude woman told me it was wrote off due to the amount being so small...Seems to me this place is more worried about money than the well being of their patients or new patients. I won t waste my time with LRDC and I ve also told my experience to several that was considering going here!

It's not the doctors it the facilities. It reeks of the 70's and all the dirt that has been acquired since then. The urine of who knows who sitting out in a publicly viewable window. A full waiting room for a cattle call blood draw. What a humiliating facility.

I am not happy with the woman who answered the phone! She was very rude! I was getting a referral there because I have a rare endocrine disorder and all I wanted to know is if any of the doctors had any experience with my condition. She said Ms every time she addressed me and guess what I'm a male. She was short and hateful. I probably will get a referral some were else. Plus she informed me that if my Dr sent me here evidently they know what there talking about!

LRDC is a crooked organization. As a former employee I can now say that the clinic is ran based off seniority and not current practices. There is a $500 deposit that is required of new patients. You are promised you will receive a refund! That is a lie! No one can give you an accurate cost of a consult. I worked there and asked several times myself and never received a clear and concise answer. You will not be seen even if you have arrived if you are unable to pay a $500 deposit which no one can tell you for what?! Never met the doctors.

My husband and I have a new family Doctor after Dr. Abel had retired on Christmas 2015. Our new Doctor, Dr. Health Showalter took over. Our first appointment, coordination between new young doctor and the lab was pretty bad. But he did not miss my husband's heart had murmurs. He was so gentle with statoscope, I did not believe he could hear anything. My husband went to see a cardiologist in Taiwan, the lady Doctor couldn't hear any murmur, reluctantly ordered an cardiac echo. Sure enough, the report had shown one of valves was a leaking. Last Tuesday, after 10 days of self admitted Rx pain killers, the painful spot in my Lt chest rib cage has worsened. Pleaded doctor's nurse to fit me in to see Dr. Showalter, he checked me out, ordered a CAT Scan to see wether my long flights home had developed blood clot causing the pain. Most Doctors would have sent me home with other painkiller. Nurse called an hour later, told me the bad news. I have an Ascending Aorta Aneurism with significant enlarged heart. She secured an appointment with a cardiologist for me. My husband and I called the nurse back, ask her to find another cardiologist who will see us ASAP. We were too anxious to wait for 3 weeks. She found Dr. Sheffield. We will see him tomorrow afternoon. We will have more clear picture to arrange our lives accordingly after talking my condition over with the cardiologist. Personally, I think Dr. Showalter is not only caring, he is very intelligent. We need many many more Doctors like him to stand at the front line of health care.

My doctor is one of the best doctor's i ever had. It's sad that the administration has to make it literally one of the WORST customer service places i have had the opportunity to experience. One of the schedule employees, that schedules all of the appointments, actually told me "they have a hard time keeping the doctor's working there they all go somewhere else" i then told her well i don't know that i would tell many patents that. Then she literally asked me "why not" i was shocked, where is the professionalism. I then started reading reviews and it's all the same comments. Seems like after this many bad reviews there would be a little embarrassment and you guys would do what you could to get these issues fixed.

While I have never been a patient at Little Rock Diagnostic, I do want to give a shout out to their medical records department. They do an amazing job of timely processing requests for medical and billing records; on top of this, they are very friendly and open to any inquiries you may have regarding records. The excellence of this department reflects extremely well on the excellence of the clinic. Thank you for all of your help!

The one thing make me very angry about LRDC is the Main Lab Drawn Room. While I was waiting to be called back several lab employees were talking so loud and just being unprofessional. They were doing their best to avoiding working. Several patients around me were making comments about this. I see other lab employees moving around and doing their jobs. but for some reason this group just wants to play and hang out in the drawn room and overlook patients. I give no stars..

I drove my wife today from Conway, AR for her appointment that she has had since March of 2016. When we checked in we were told that her appointment had been canceled as of 09/16/16 due to no insurance. However the paper work that was sent out to my wife and I quote "if you become uninsured or if you have a deductible not yet met, it is our policy to collect a material deposit as much $500 on the day of your visit. If your responsibility exceeds that amount, the balance is due when billed. Pay arrangements will be approved on a case by case basis. As a general rule, any approved payment arrangements will require patient responsibility within in six months. We will check benefits when you arrive at the clinic, if you have not met your deductible or you have a limited insurance plan, you will be required to pay a deposit (up to $500) at the time of your visit and, if applicable, enter a payment obligation that meets our goals for collecting. Your financial relationship with the clinic is very important." We advised the check in department that were prepared to pay the $500 that was outlined in Little Rock Diagnostic Clinic P.A.'s own guidelines. Then the story changed and we were told that my wife canceled the appointment due to no insurance 09/16/16. Which was a blatant lie. She has waited 6 months for this appointment and traveled from Conway for the appointment. If there was no appointment why would one drive over 30 miles for nothing? My wife called and confirmed the appointment on 09/16/16 and my wife also called on 09/21/2016 returning a call to Karen the scheduler. The nature of Karen's call is still unknown as she claims she did not call. At this point we were told that no doctor would be able to see my wife today and that Karen would be talking with us about the situation. By this time I will admit I was livid. My wife has been in excruciating pain for months and as her husband it's heart wrenching to see her in so much pain for so long. So yes, I was very upset. 15-20 minutes passed Karen the scheduler summoned us back to her office. She was shortly accompanied by Lynn Claud CCO of Little Rock Diagnostic Clinic P.A. She asked what the problem was and I told her what I just explained up above. Ms. Claud read over the document referencing self pay. She said well that needs to be changed. Then she tells us that RA treatment is very expensive. Yes we are very aware of the costs associated with the treatment. All the while my wife is in tears because she has waited for so long for this appointment and by the actions and attitude of Karen and Ms. Claud who were talking over each other trying to pass the buck as to whose fault it was, she knew she was about to be turned away. They were assuming we couldn't pay for their services because Ms. Claud kept referring to cost but at no time did she even acknowledge honoring their own document for self paying. Her attitude and empathy were sickening at best. At this point I was beyond livid due to the display of unprofessionalism given by Ms. Claud and her scheduler Karen that I advised them that I was going to 7 on your side and asked for her name and she gave me her card and advised that my wife would not be seen and we were asked to leave. I told her I would see her in court. Thanks Little Rock Diagnostic Clinic P.A for nothing and making a bad situation worse. Who knows when my wife will be able to see an RA doctor as most are scheduled out several months.

I had a 8 AM appointment with Dr. Saleh. I got stuck in traffic on the way there, which resulted in me being 10 minutes late. The lady at the front desk had to call the nurse to see if I could come up. I was confused by that, but assumed why she made that call. While on the phone with the nurse, she asked why I was late. First off, I'm not in elementary school and that is none of your business, but if you MUST know I got stuck in traffic. She then told me I would have to reschedule. Seriously?! I was only coming in for a follow-up appointment to be released, that takes no time at all! I chose not to re-schedule and I will never step foot in LRDC again. On top of that pettiness, they tried to charge me as a No Show. RIDICULOUS! Luckily the lady in the business department was nice and understanding and quickly took care of it. I'll be sure to spread the word so that anyone and everyone I know will not seek treatment at this clinic. Pathetic.

I received a bill of over $800 for simple office visit 4 times!! Each time I told them they need to process it through my insurance. They kept telling me my insurance was denying it and I call my insurance company and they say they never even received a claim. The last bill I received threatened saying my bill is overdue and they were going to charge me more even though they still had not processed it through my insurance. Finally someone with some brains process to my simple office visit through my insurance and I could pay my simple copay. How incompetent is that......you can't even process a simple office visit!? To waste my time, cause me anxiety and frustration and having me call four times to you and four times to my insurance just to get a simple bill paid. Outrageous!

I have been a patient of LRDC for over 10 years and have loved it but since CHI has taken it over, the new non medical staff are just plain rude. They are not professional when scheduling and when paying. They act as if you are wasting their time. They need training in customer service or you will lose patients.

Rheumatologist Dr. McCallum talked excessively and over me several times. I had to interrupt her to ask questions. She gave very basic information and ended up telling me that she doesn't even treat Fibromyalgia which is the condition I came to the clinic for DIAGNOSTIC treatment. I asked her specifically about a Fibromyalgia medication that I was on and was advised that I should up the dosage. She left the room to check for samples because I told her that the medication is too expensive for me. She never came back. The nurse came in and told me to go to the lab for lab work which was not discussed. I asked about the samples and she informed me that they don't have samples of Lyrica. When I asked about getting a prescription for the increased dosage (which I had already discussed with Dr. McCallum that she would give me as well as look for samples) the nurse stated that Dr. McCallum said that I needed to get that from my primary doctor. Now how does that make sense? My husband and I left without going to the lab. The visit was not helpful and I am very disappointed in their "Rheumatologist".

This clinic can't keep the schedule correctly, and they have no respect for the patient or the patient's time!
My elderly father was referred to LRDC to see Dr. Saleh. I called and made the initial appointment myself. His appointment time was for 11:00 a.m. The office called and confirmed his appointment the day before telling us to arrive at 10:00 a.m. for his 11:00 a.m. new patient appointment. He had received his paperwork already and it was completed, so we decided to arrive at 10:30 since he didn't have any paperwork to complete. We checked in, were sent to a waiting room that didn't have any staff available, and watched about 15-20 different patients get called during a 45 minute period. Finally, I flagged someone down to inquire about the status of my Dad's appointment. She went off and came back to let us know that his appointment was scheduled for 12:00 noon. Really??? How does that happen?? When the nurse came to get my Dad, I explained that I made the appointment for a specific time because my Mother had an appointment later in the day, and that I couldn't stay for a noon appointment. She asked if we wanted to reschedule. I said no, and she literally threw my Dad's completed paperwork back at me and stomped off. I will NEVER go to this clinic for myself or my family! Very unprofessional! Very rude! And no concept of time management!

My covid dr (Dr.Stowalter)was great as well as his nurse. My visit 8/3/20 and 8/6/20 were by telemedicine. Backstory- I had been swabbed for covid but was told I was + by a clinic in WH. In the mean time, my symptoms got worse. I went to the ER at SVI and got a referral to Dr. Stowalter at the end of July. The 1st visit was coded incorrectly according to my insurance company. I have a 35.00 copay for specialist visit. I have been billed 48.00 I believe for someone's mistake. The 2nd visit was paid at 100% because it was coded correctly....I have found that the billing office at SVI-the old Little Rock Diagnostic Clinic has become WORSE. I've talked to several individuals there as well as my insurance company. Each keeps blaming the other for wrong billing and or errors. All it does is get me upset and angry. No one wants to listen and take responsibility. Loved my dr who saw me, but will not be back due to the billing fiasco. I won't be treated this way! It seems that no matter who you see at a SVI facility, billing is a nightmare. It's a shame patients are billed for a facility mistake!! Can I have a # so someone can take care of this issue from Aug 2020??? Please....Ty in advance. Mary M. Mason

My doctor is great but the people working behind the check-in counters make the place feel very impersonal. My real concern is the need for more parking for disabled There is not enough. They once had pickup carts but no longer do evidently on the theory that most are passengers. I am not. I can't make it up the from the hilly lower lots

Phone and portal requests are often not fully addressed or passed from department to department, with each one disclaiming responsibility, and without particular concern for helping the patient connect with the correct person or get the answers they need. Persistance for getting answers is met with impatient snarkiness and intolerance. There are great medical professionals in this building, but many of the support staff act like they are doing you a favor by doing as little as possible. These staffers routinely cause their patients UNnecessary stress, and for that reason, I would not recommend this clinic.

I cannot speak any higher of the overall experience with Dr. Dhaval Patel and staff! I wont mind driving to Little Rock in the future to have this group take care of me! Thanks!

I see two doctors at Little Rock Diagnostic Clinic and love them both. I drive from Fayetteville every three months for my visits. They have offered to help me relocate my care to doctors in my area but I was not happy with the change and decided the drive was not to much when it comes to being comfortable with your doctors. They work together inside the clinic and with my outside doctors. If I ever do have to wait I know that my visit is just as important to them as the patient they are with while I wait. They take time with me and speak to me in terms that are easy to understand. Their nurses are always great help if I have questions between appointments and are friendly during my visits. A fancy office is not high on my priority list....good care is!!

I made an appointment for my mom to see Dr. Christopher Wright here for neurological concerns. The first appointment she went to they were nice enough to let my dad back with her in which they shared introductory information with the doctor to hopefully determine the next course of action. I believe they ran a test or two and my parents were told that they would see her back for a follow-up in about a month. Pretty normal experience so far.
The second visit is where things got a little frustrating. My dad was told on the second visit that he was not allowed back to the room with her, which is disappointing as we suspect she's starting to have some memory loss, so we have to take what she says about her visits with a grain of salt. He did make it a point to mention that of her potential memory loss, discretely, and still no dice on going back with her. I suppose these are Covid-related rules, so I can certainly understand wanting to be safe, but my parents are in their mid/late-60s and have handled everything really well with the pandemic, including always masking up, carrying Lysol wipes, etc. There are certainly extenuating circumstances under which he should be allowed back. According to her, the doctor performed some reflex tests for her legs/feet and simply concluded that he was either unaware of what the problem is or knows what the problem is but there's really nothing to do. No additional recommendations for other specialists, no treatment plans, literally no words of wisdom. My dad called following her appointment to ask what the doctor's findings and recommendations are, only to be told the doctor would call him back at a later time. I called as well and got the same response. I understand the nurses can't supersede the doctor, but the nurse I reached basically shrugged at my questions. I was told doctor would reach out with test results, but it's been a few weeks and I've had no response.
It's not really typical of me to hop on and leave a poor review, but what an absolutely disappointing couple of visits. And remember that Dr. Wright is the head of the neurology department!! What an absolute disgrace. Luckily through 2 visits we've already identified that this is likely a wasteless money pit of a clinic that has no desire to give real answers, so we'll cut our losses and head over to UAMS Neurology, where we should have gone in the first place to attempt to get some real answers, which the folks here obviously have no motivation to give. Really do want to give them the benefit of the doubt and not knock them too hard as I'm sure everyone was generally nice, but we won't be back.

Didn t even get to see the doctor! The financial office called the Friday before my Monday appointment and told me of the clinic s financial policy of charging $500.00 as a deposit even though I HAVE INSURANCE! Fran was rude and came across as if she was not interested in answering my questions regarding this INSANE policy! This clinic came highly recommended but I will be informing EVERYONE I know DO NOT bother patronizing this business!

Waited almost two hours, tried speaking with several nurses about it and all responded very rudely. I hate that this is the only decent specialty center in this area.
