Wellnes boat is fantastic. Very large so even though it is busy, it doesn't feel that way. Restaurant was very stuffy. The hotel was also very good with a good breakfast buffet.

The hotel is really great and the value for money is fine.
We had a wonderful breakfast and a great stay.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are clean and the beds super comfortable.
We will be back.

Have celebrated there with 9 other girls the JGA my girlfriend. It was beautiful and unforgettable. The deluxe rooms were really great will definitely visit this hotel again!

Location is okay, but the room was so-so and the shower cabin, the kit edges with mold. The shower head was not adjustable, too bad.

The breakfast area (bar) is exceptionally designed (see photos). The breakfast is delicious. The rooms modern and the sleeping possibility very comfortable. We had a very quiet deluxe room. The staff is very friendly. The spa is varied.

Many activity possibilities, very nice "deluxe room", but these are unfortunately in a separate building, which can only be reached via a bridge. The next elevator / stairs are relatively far away. The breakfast is great.

Hotel has lots of facilities and being next to the Wellnessboot is very convenient. However the service at the hotel itself was a little lacking. Asking for a box of tissues at 20h, as they had forgot to restock the room and I got told no. Needless to say I was unpleasantly shocked at this reaction. Room also had no water boiler in the room for tea or coffee. Room was decent size but basic. Would use again in conjunction with the spa but not to come back for the hotel alone.

What a letdown. We were given an overnight stay in the tail suite of the plane as a gift for us. Upon arrival on the plane it is very hot, nothing can be opened and air conditioning was not working. Due to the heat, we were allowed to go to a cheap standard room in the hotel. Plane remained too warm after the air conditioning would be 'good'. The air conditioning would have been set 'wrong'. A day later they go to see how the temperature is .... And it turned out to be cold .. That is of no use to us because we think it is about the circumstances on the day of arrival. Finally, it is said that it was our 'own' choice to move and that we should have waited because the air conditioning would work? We are half an hour after the air conditioning would have started to feel good and there was still no cold air coming from the air conditioning? What a super bad service. Do not want to accommodate anything (there is quite a difference in a standard room and overnight stay) and stick to the position that everything just works. (only not on the day of our arrival) Promise that they will contact you the same day is also not kept.
Shameful that they dare to ask so much money for this. For this money you can expect some comfort when you arrive. We will never come here again and do not recommend this to anyone.

Good room great beds and an extensive breakfast buffet

A nice hotel with a fantastic sauna in front of the door with many possibilities in the form of a boat, worth a try and spend the night at the hotel next door.

Staff very nice. But in terms of quality-price it is very far apart. Rooms no air conditioning, no fridge, all very minimal. Very old furnishings and an old bathroom. For 70/80 euros per night it would have been fine. Not at these prices. I will not come back here

The location is very accessible and I was very satisfied with the service.

No information in German, neither at the front desk nor in the rooms. Cracks on the walls. No water in the room. From time to time a mini info in English and that's it!

A star, if only because the wellness boat is available and has been booked.
I now have to complain about the City Resort Hotel Mill.
It was stated that it has 4 stars. However, this hotel is not listed on the European classification for hotels - the Hotelstars Union.
This also makes sense.
The wellness boat is a real dream, but it costs only 32.50 euros individually, so that of our more than 182 euros more than 110 euros went out for the hotel room.
We expect more for this price and for the given stars.
The rooms are more than sporadic, not to say they resemble a youth hostel. It was no refrigerator, no kettle, no water, no cups or similar. Available. If you wanted to have a coffee in the morning, you had to go to the restaurant - and the rule is: either have breakfast all day or just coffee all day. In other words, it was not possible to bring only one coffee to wake up.
Apart from that, communication was rather difficult because the staff mostly spoke rather poor English and no German at all.
And now the worst. The room was more than dirty. Here are the pictures. The toilet was smeared with feces, the bedspread had brown stains that also looked like feces, the shower was filthy. I laid the duvet on the floor with the dirty side up, clearly visible, for the maids. She took this blanket and put it back in bed with the dirty side down. Only when I threatened to check out at the reception and showed them the pictures was a new blanket brought to me, which also took 3 hours.
It really can't be. Never again will I enter this juice store called the Hotel! Can only advise against it!

Nice place, good hotel and wellness boat also great.

Unimaginative hotel without atmosphere. In the hallways, messes on the floor, dust and cobwebs. The restaurant was better decorated and the food was good. The concept of unlimited enjoyment was very successful.

The rooms in the hotel were getting old. There was a musty smell in the bathroom and there were small flies coming out of the sink. The bed sagged a lot. It looked like a hammock.

The dinner, however, was great. Everything fresh and tasty. Good quality. Breakfast was okay overall. Hold a lot of finished products.

The wellness boat was great. Lots of saunas and pools. The ambience was right. The fitness center was great too. Lots of equipment, large cross-fit area. It was a lot of fun to train and relax there.

A chic hotel, at the front desk is German spoken and the rooms are also tidy. Very comfortable beds. London Street (the restaurant) is modeled on the steele of an Irish pub and does a good job. The breakfast is really good. There is something for everyone and you can even have your own fried egg or bacon roast ;-) also in the restaurant we spoke German. But beware, the piano in the restaurant is not 100% tuned: P

I have been a good hotel here for two weeks. Nice service .. food is good. So worth it.

The cockpit tweet in the hot tub just one person, and there is no shower. The service is good. The whole is not perfect.

Nice hotel, especially the new part, very friendly staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant, the food in the restaurant is very good, the rooms (we had a deluxe room with air conditioning) are sufficiently spacious, only little storage space and little lighting in the bathroom

Het personeel was vriendelijk alleen de kamer niet erg schoon. Ontbijt was wel erg goed. En het voelde nogal massaal aan.

Spend the night in the cockpit suite. Really a great experience. Service was great.

Seems nice but is not that big. There are 5 saunas, 1 really nice and warm and 3 fairly mild, 65 degrees. 1 sauna is occupied every hour for a loyly. Lots of hot tubs and swimming water. Not nice and hot. I'm not going to come back for this. If you have nothing in the area it might be nice.

Reasonable hotel. Somewhat dated. Bathroom floor was not clean. Shower was a bit rickety. TV quality was poor. View room was not nice (roof). Friendly staff. Great food in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was fine too.

This hotel has 60 rooms, divided into various room types (Standard, Modern or Superior / Suite). You can even spend the night in a real plane at an altitude of 8 meters! The plane is available with a Cockpit and a Tail suite, equipped with a minibar and jacuzzi. A unique experience! The overnight stay can be combined with an extensive breakfast buffet, a visit to the wellness boat sauna & beauty resort, sports (extensive cardio & power department) delicious food at Restaurant Des Werelds and, if desired, also an adventurous activity such as the adventure trail, archery or climbing wall ! Highly recommended for those who want to leave for one or more nights!

Hotel very outdated, stale room was very cold. No good heating, breakfast was at least boring

Good hotel. Fairly luxurious, but very affordable. Large room and good breakfast. No use of the facilities

Perfect location to completely unwind. Everything was completely fine. We enjoyed the restaurant. In short: highly recommended!

All in all quite good. We were there for the weekend and also visited the wellness boat.

The wellness boat was really great, the hotel room was great, but the bed wasn't nice, there were 2 single beds pushed together as one bed, it is ideal for couples who like to sleep in the crack.

We have used the all-in sauna boat package. Super arrangement! Visit sauna boat, eat, drink and overnight at the City Resort Hotel Mill. We have done an update of 10, - p.p for a newer modern room.

Room was nice. Very good beds and a beautiful (modern) bathroom with a wonderful shower. Rooms were clean. Rooms were quiet. Well insulated in terms of noise from neighbors or outside. Buffet breakfast was good. (I would like to indicate that the buffet is until 10:00 am. Then it cannot be that certain sandwiches are all gone by 09:15?)

We slept well and there was friendly staff.

Exceptional night in the cockpit suite, with all possible comfort. 2 Flat TV, whirlpool bath, everything available ... a real experience. Use of the wellness boat with sauna, spa and various applications that are bookable separately. The arrangement included a 3-course menu in the restaurant, a bottle of Cava and a breakfast buffet, also with sparkling wine and a reserved table. Very friendly and courteous staff, free parking in the car park, totally unique.

The staff were friendly, nothing to complain about, the room was good too, only I think they should definitely lower the price .. I hab asked for an upgrade and therefore paid extra. But the room was totally not worth an upgrade, let alone extra money .. The breakfast was nice but quite basic. Also on the 2nd day there were quite a few things left and not immediately replenished, could the number of people not cope? Everywhere you see that they advertise because of the wellness boat, and not the rooms or something, right? We didn't do the wellness, so I can't judge it

Very outdated hotel. We paid extra for a better room but that also didn't mean anything. Looked out for air conditioners that made noise all night. On the verge of being clean. Breakfast ok.

The rating refers to a trip via Travador including a wellness boat.

The hotel room was furnished in a rustic style, not too bad if it weren't for the strong humming ventilation that couldn't be turned off.

The food including service was under all cannon, not recommended.

If you want to go on holiday with high expectations, this is definitely wrong. Maybe we had special bad luck with our room, because this was an impertinence! The plaster leafs from the walls, which are already covered with several cracks. The bathroom is not only in need of renovation, but it was at the time of our "wellness" trip also dirty. I do not want to start with the furniture. The fact that the hotel has a few years on its back is already recognizable from the outside. Inside, this style continues through rooms and hallways. You get the impression that you stay in a youth hostel and not in a hotel complex, which advertises with the slogan "Your healthy escape". The free Wi-Fi is barely usable, since it apparently over a bamboo line runs. In the end, we had the feeling that the hotel only through the fitness center and the wellness boat stops. Furthermore, the beds are extremely worn out. I'm sorry to give such a bad rating, but if you with a pretty high expectation and hope for relaxed wellness days in a 4 (!!!) - star hotel check in and then so disappointed, you just have a few negative words leave.

I expected more from this hotel. The hotel is quite old fashioned, the room is quite simple and small. The indoor pool is definitely not recommended, really very old, little light and no sunbeds or anything like that. The opening hours for hotel guests are also very limited. Front desk staff is friendly. Too bad there was no minibar in the hotel room.

Delightful hotel. Price is high but the service is also good for that. The staff is very customer-friendly and is available all day! Recommended! We will definitely come back again.

Last weekend I had an overnight stay in the super de luxe room. When I wanted to shower, the shower head fell off. Receptionist said to have repaired it but broke again. Having access to another room to shower, there was no hot water. Entire hotel did not have hot water. That was only resolved next morning. It has been promised several times by the hotel that they would offer compensation and contact them. This was Saturday, it is now Friday. Several times called himself, but each time the manager was busy and promised to call back. No contact has been made to date.

Quite an ok hotel, but the empty promises for me still give a rating of 1 star. What a waste.

Great room, great sleep. Good breakfast. Too bad the elevator didn't work.

Nice sized rooms. Neat and clean. Just a pity that the air conditioning is broken. And there is a fan in the room. If you sit on the inside, it is not really nice to open your window due to all the ventilation installations on the roof. This gives a considerable noise. Staff is super friendly. Beds are wonderful. Highly recommended.

Hygiene in the room could be much better. Bar I find super cool and Wellness boat too!
