Never again!

Never again!
The only good thing is the modern wellness boat and the food.
Service is terrible.
Wrong information was given to us. No answer at all. Bed was horrible saggy that you all feathers has noticed!
No information in German, neither at the front desk nor in the rooms. Cracks on the walls. No water in the room. From time to time a mini info in English and that's it!
We will never go back!
The signage is also bad!
The breakfast was also really small with little choice!
Was the worst thing we had so far ...
