Had a business meeting here and the staff here was great and the whole experience was excellent. Lunch was served to us during our meeting and I have no complaints. The conference room was large and was able to accommodate everyone that attended this meeting. I also stayed in one of the rooms for one night and it was very comfortable! All All in all, a great place to have a business meeting if you have a large group that will be attending!!

The folks at San Ramon Marriott always take care of me. I can't wait until the Hotel bar opens up. When I'm in town I have my family members meet me there they also love the little bar at the hotel and the personnel working there.

The customer service here is unparalleled. The entire staff goes above and beyond to welcome you and make sure all your needs are exceeded. Special shout out to Andrea who was so incredibly lovely. She even wrote me a personal, very sweet note thanking me for my stay upon my check out. Pure class. 10 stars out of 5!
Safe gated parking and large trees covered area. Large lobby, nice yard and swimming pool. The room is not very big but full of view to green trees. Due to COVID-19, there is limit access to drive thru. All the luggage has to be carried to walk a long way to the parking lot.
Really loved this place from the second we got there they were very friendly and very helpful the place is just fun and the people are a very cool ..way to go night audit ..so nice
Had to switch rooms because the ac wasn't working,pay for WiFi,no microwave in room,only in lobby...all at 11.pm. At night this happened..prior to my Surgey 6 hour's later..i will NEVER stay at this location again.

This Hotel is great. I think it's rated as a 3 or 3.5 star hotel which I don't get at all. It seems like a 4 star hotel to me. Very clean, really nice rooms, very comfortable beds with nice bedding, huge tv's in every room, big rooms, great customer service and the hotel is in a nice secluded & quiet area but also somehow really close to multiple really nice shopping centers with good stores & restaurants & also very close to the freeway! Sorry for the run on sentence!
