They did not clean the room. The shower had dried soap on the shower which made me feel it wasn t clean to start. They provided no helpful tips about the parking or anything, so we ended up paying double. The hot tub closes at 8pm which is wayyy to early to enjoy it during summer hours as we couldn t rush home from dinner. I was not impressed. The far tower has no parking options so we had to haul Our stuff a long long way. Our view was of hotel roof. It just wasn t that pleasant of a stay.

Outstanding customer service. I am booked for an extended stay and Adalgisa at the front desk goes above and beyond the call of duty. She represents the Marriott's firm values by providing outstanding customer service and she is always pleasant and professional.

Booked a high floor room with a balcony. Arrived was told we were in a room on the 10th floor but it wasn t ready. Understandable the other room options were low floor downgrades. I stated I would wait for the assigned room to which the hotel desk stated that it was now not available today so we had to pick from the two options. Arrived in our new downgraded room and moved comforter to which dried blood was on the comforter. Was then told we only had one other lower which also has bloodstains on the comforter but a much smaller amount. Would not stay here again.

The room itself is deserving of a 3.5 star but outside of the room feels more like a delapitated motel...this place is hurting the Marriott brand due to its aging appearance. Walls are thin and any noise people or sounds are heard inside room. We kept the fan on to help muffle which helped since the rooms air system was more the sound level of a motel then a Marriott. In fairness I got at a bargain price and payed closer to motel pricing...however I'm beginning to think the Marriott brand has simply lowered their standards as this is the second Marriott in a row that seemed run down(Marriott LAX).

It was a beautiful hotel but I don't think I would come back. They charge for parking, they charge for in room wifi, the business center was closed so I couldn't print my tickets, the spa was closed but I still paid a daily spa fee, the restaurant inside was closed and our hotel room was clear across to a second building entirely. It was quiet and clean, the pool was wonderful and the location was great but I don't feel like I got everything I paid for with this hotel. This may be more for business or just adults vacationing.

An amazing hotel. Most impressive part has been the service - everyone from front desk, to cleaning service, to room service has just been incredibly nice. You don't get that at most hotels you go to. Beautiful scenery and facilities. I would gladly come back and stay again.
