Amazing service all staff members are nice and friendly. I love Sjc clinic.

First visit, really weird. I literally heard Dr. Jack Pollard and his assistant or whomever she may have been saying my diagnosis out loud. It made me extremely uncomfortable. There s no Privacy which I actually think is against HIPPA. Thanks for what you guys do for the community.

I helped a friend who was not feeling well enough to drive go to this clinic. I had to leave a great review because this place is ran like a well oiled machine. The appointments were kept in a timely fashion and from what I saw the Doctors and the rest of the staff were very friendly and attentive to the patients needs.

Horrible place.
Been to several discount clinics because of my rare conditions and inability to work, San Jose is by far the WORST!
They are "volunteers" but none of them seem to know what they are doing and maybe the only way they can find work is to "volunteer" at places like San Jose.
Pharmacy services are a joke. Doctors are booked for 3 months which is enough of a pain but then the pharmacy would only give me 12 days worth of insulin at a time.
I've have bloodwork done 3 times now at around $35 each time and as someone else stated, you never get to see your results from any tests.
First visit with Neurologist took 3 hours. They wanted to try a new medicine and schedule tests so they insisted on seeing me in two weeks. When I got there in two weeks he cancelled the medication and I guess he decided he didn't care once I left the building because he never even scheduled the tests (MRI, EEG, Idk what else).
They act like they want to help and some probably do but you will not recieve any meaningful care. Now they seem to be referring me from one department to the other until my eligibility runs out (6 months).

AVOID SAN JOSE CLINIC!

I couldn't even contact them. They will always put you to voice mail. If you want to contact them, you better walk-in!!

Been coming to San Jose amazing, amazing medical staff, super awsome front desk reception HOWEVER I must say my experience today was the worse encounter I had with a Lady say her name is Jeanette Braughman not sure about the spelling of the last name but she said she is the Building Manager. She was on a high horse, power trip walking around doing the MOST. San Jose Clinic Jeanette's behavior is not a good display of the type of community service image and client service compassion you want known in the community. If not for this encounter it would be 5plus stars!!!!

This is a good clinic I honestly expected something different , but I felt that they had good covid-19 control Dr. Deroth is great she explains very wells I felt she cared about my concerns. I just feel that someone should be answering calls or retuning them , that needs a little work, When I had my appointment, in the register area the phone kept ringing and ringing and ringing. I remember when I was trying to contact them and no one was answering.

The clinic does not have an Electronic Medical Record System, so it took 3 weeks for my results to be mailed. I would have expected a call for follow up a few days after an ultrasound instead of a letter that took 3 weeks to arrive. My labs and ultrasound were abnormal, yet I never received a call.
