PER Jean I wasn't receiving the rest of my refund from a cruise I booked with them because of commission for agency which wasn't true....Case being looked into...think twice before booking with Adventures in travel

So disappointed...first time I went in I gave my information to a lady at the desk and was told they would look into request and get back with me. Never heard a word from them. Several months later gave them a second chance. Exact same experience. The lady that took my information pretty much blew me off making me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I never write reviews but was so frustrated with my experience that I wanted to share.
