I guess it is the headquarters of Samsung, I say I guess because it is in a very strategic position, it has the latest products regarding the Internet of Things and communication but in my opinion it has some organization problems. The center is well equipped and furnished but it is not easy to interact with different products, smartphones have an interface that at first glance makes interaction difficult (considering that even non-Samsung users like me should see these products to facilitate the first approach by arranging the home with the essential applications or the features they have), in addition to other services such as TV they are not enabled to view the potential of TV but are left without great care in the interaction between customer and product. 5 stars for the potential but 3 for the exploitation of them.

Great smart home demo. They have Virtual Reality stations, plus a really cool virtual fitting room. The home appliances are all connected and have amazing capabilities.

Although they have an online calendar, which obviously indicated the showroom opening hours, once they arrive, they tell me that it is closed due to a private event. Reporting it on the calendar to avoid customers going to the center empty is too complicated?!?
