Suddenly my J3 no longer turns on and spots and three cuts appear on the display. Sent back to the headquarters via vodafone store they blame me for the problem and demand 110 to fix it (when it cost me 99). If the phones burst, it's not our fault. NEVER AGAIN SAMSUNG

Samsung S7 a never ending story that started on 06/14/2016
on 14.06.2016 I purchase a Samsung S7 out of necessity in the Wind shop of the Central Station in Milan ... 1-2 days later the drama begins, I start calling the shop but I don't receive any answers, I write a registered letter to the registered office of the company that manages the shop but nothing ... so on 06.07.2016 I go directly to the shop convinced to leave the phone down and have it replaced since it was "dangerous" (I mean, I couldn't hold it in my hand since it overheated) but nothing to do, in the shop I am told to contact Samsung Service, which was done immediately on 06.07.2016 by phone and via Pec. The phone is sent for assistance a first time, it comes back and it's exactly like before. A Samsung technician connects remotely but after a while he gives up because the connection continued to drop due to the overheating of the phone, which was ascertained by the technician. I write repeated Pec to both Wind and Samsung but without answers so on 04.04.2017 (nine months later) the phone is sent, subject to advance notice via Pec to the headquarters of Samsung Italy. Only on 04.06.2018 (after a year and more than two years after the purchase) Samsung contacts me, says it will send to check the phone. On the day of 26.07.2018, after incessant and repeated calls from the assistance, I received a Pec where they confirm that according to them the phone is perfect !! I ask what checks / controls have been made but for now I am waiting. And to think that I had extreme esteem in Samsung products, in fact I had the S2, the S3, the S4, the S5, the S6 before ending up in the abyss of the S7. For me, I closed the Samsung chapter for the very bad and inexperienced management of assistance by who knows who and certainly managed in a ridiculous way.
Each of us has to do the job we know how to do ...
After this event NEVER EVER NEVER Samsung smartphone, neither smartphone nor any other Samsung branded product, so the assistance will always be the same.

in April I bought a samsung gear fit 2 pro (note that it is underwater at 50 meters) and after 8 months (so still in full warranty that I use it for swimming it goes off and overheats. I send it in assistance and I am found with a budget of 180 because I entered the water by oxidizing the contacts Contact the assistance and tell me that nn is covered by warranty in case of infiltration .... now I wonder but what the hell give a guarantee if then not respected ?? congratulations! I thought you were a serious company and instead ..... NEVER EVER MORE SAMSUNG PRODUCTS !!! CLOSED !!!!
