Dear Mr. Paolo from Samsung Milan, who works to answer the service centers, after a customer spends 400 to buy a phone and 6 months later he finds himself with a lamination of the paint under the glass without the phone ever falling and presents itself in impeccable condition, a simple "answer to the customer that we do not buy under warranty" is not enough (and dear Mr. paolo, the assistance has turned me his lapidary reply email) personally I have the house overrun with samsung dustbin (x what other way x to describe what you sell is not there) and I will be very happy to untie rather than still having to deal with Romanian call centers and employees well hidden behind their desks
