Beautiful products but definitely not for everyone...

Beautiful products but definitely not for everyone. Young and kind staff exhaustive in the explanations of the various products but leave out the most important and concrete things remaining only on the "aesthetic" explanation of the product. The shop is very nice.

Shame! I had an appointment with a technician this morning at 10 am for remote assistance. They do not contact me although I was at their disposal with a top-of-the-range JS9500 TV, I do not even receive a message from "those who searched for you on the phone" in support of the fact that they didn't call me, so I care to call immediately to find out, they tell me they have closed the case. This really makes me angry because I find it unprofessional, I ask to be able to open a complaint report and I am told by the call center that no complaints can be opened (absurd), I call Samsung Italy and not knowing the procedure for to open a complaint invite me to send a registered letter. But I wonder: does this seem like a service ??? And then should I abandon my iPhone for a Samsung? If this is the service, forget it. At Apple Care these things would NEVER happen !!!! For your information the technical problem I solved it myself, but your customer service is very bad.

Shameful, I sent my s5 to repair on 08/29/2016, after 2 months they tell me that they don't fix it for lack of spare parts, they offer me a replacement phone, I accepted, but after a month I still don't know when they send it, it is stopped in the warehouse for checks (but it was not new?) I telephone every day to the customer service, but the operators pass the ball, who says one thing who another! At this point I contacted the federconsumatori! But why do we always have to go to extremes ?? !!! Never again Samsung, really ashamed !!!

I use the telephone for work and I chose what was the best for me: a Note.
After a few months my Note stopped working and I sent it to repair under warranty (it's a company phone) confident that it would be returned to me as soon as it was fixed. None of this.
The company let me know that they give me a s7edge (I wanted my Note or another Note) but ok, I thought I sell it and I take a new Note .. maybe 7 .. time passes we are almost a month and a half after sending my broken phone .. the silence. No one can tell me when to expect a phone that I need for work. I wanted Note 7 as my next future purchase, but if this is the way to relate to the customer at Samsung the next phone will be Apple
