Actually want to give it a 0. Took tablet in for repair at Lynwood service centre, promised me they will contact me within 3-5 days. After 10 days nothing. Even made a complain with Samsung SA, they promised me it will be handled but still nothing. Eventually phoned the shop, then I hear that my warranty will not cover a faulty sim card slot. Will NEVER EVER by Samsung again!!!! And I will go big on social media with this one.

Update: they want to replace the main board, but only the sim card slot is kaput. Why DO SAMSUNG EVEN SUPPLY A WARRANTY!!!

Update: Samsung head office is just passing me around from one person to another on phone, waiting up to 15 minutes in between. And the repair shop is just ignoring me again. Piss poor.

Update: Got personal service from shop manager, excellent and my device was sorted within a day.

Samsung Scam on free so called gifts

Not upholding their side to the false advertising and under performance and under delivery

Been calling them non stop with empty promises the whole time and non existent service levels. To deliver my items as promised by them with pathetic excuses #?and lies by the whole team who doesn't know what to do every day for more than 15 days and they are in breach of contract and still no delivery of my items!!!!

Samsung unwilling to repair Gear Fit2 Pro. Product stil under warantee , (three months old)but Samsung rule that it is "always the customers fault" , when a hairline crack appear on the screen. Secondly they charge 80%(R2001-00) of the watch value(R2550-00) to replace only the screen.
