Very luxury villa. The staff welcome us so friendly. The bed is BIG, can fit to 5 people maybe. The best part is the breakfast.

A resort that does not deserve five stars
Decors are very subdued compared to the resorts around Bvlgari, Kempinski and The Ritz
The food is bad all the time. Breakfast, lunch and dinner
The resort has a lot of monkeys and it annoys when entering the villa
As for room service, the workers surprise you by entering without permission

This is an amazing resort with an amazing customer service and super friendly staff. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay feel super special. I have travelled to many places and this would have to be one of my favourite resorts. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one!

Very best place with the best view and excellent staff

My partner and I chose to spend our first few nights at Samabe Bali Suites and Villas, to celebrate her birthday. Overall the experience was unbelievable and we will most definitely return in future!

The staff were so well mannered and actually wanting to help, right from the check-in process and the lovely Chris (who spoke 5+ languages!), and the porter staff who were always there to help with luggage, offering drinks, and carting us around in golf buggies.

The room we stayed in was immaculate with incredible architecture, good fast wifi, multi-zone aircon, a private pool, and a mini bar that s restocked everyday. We found it hard to leave the room.

The grounds and facilities were also well kept and looked simply stunning. We ate at both crystal blue and the cave dinner at night, but the major highlight was the cave dinner (power of love) which was a once in a lifetime experience which was well worth the spend. Incredibly atmosphere for a special occasion.

It is a luxurious of relaxation whether you are in your villas, pool, restaurants or beach. Stroll along the hotel's areas and you will find how spectacular not only the view but the hotel itself with it's well-designed building.

This is a magnificent resort. I have stayed here twice now with my family. Nothing is too much trouble and you only need to ask if there is something you want that you can't find. Of course things can go wrong or sometimes service isn't exactly as you would like it to be but simply raising the issues with the staff or talking to the manager and things will be put right again. Ralph Luthe the manager was excellent.
This resort also has an excellent kids club, spa and restaurants. Some daily specials would be nice in the restaurants as if you are staying at the resort for a long time the menu offerings can get a little boring. But in saying that you can always ask the kitchen to make you something specific and they will usually be more than happy to accommodate

Buyer beware. I booked an all-inclusive vacation at this hotel Samabe. After paying through Expedia online I discovered within minutes it was not all inclusive as advertised. I immediately notified Expedia and they said they would call the hotel. For the next 4 days I called and emailed Expedia to get a refund but no luck not even a return email. The hotel says it s nonrefundable (even though their websites states that it is within 48hours) and Expedia after 4 days of no communication with me finally said that I would have to take it up with their insurance group ( I bought trip insurance). Inclusive does not mean all inclusive. The hotel reservationist Ade? Told my Expedia helper Stephen that it was a non-refundable room. Expedia also told me that they had tried several time to get a reply to their emails but to no avail. Hard to say who is stalling. Incredible to have to go through this.

Nice place..but we as a wedding vendor hates Everytime we have to do an event here..
Always force us to report and wear tags even for manager of the vendor... we've been here like hundreds of times..and the buggy service towards wedding vendor is very bad..

The price is a bit higher, but the service is the best of the best.
If you come once, you will want to come again.

Nice resort with attractive views of the unobstructed Indonesian coast, a good restaurant with some tasty options, situated right on the beach so only a minutes walk, private pools for your rooms etc. Although it's not worth $730 USD per night for the suite. I was quite amazed with the prices of hotels and touristic things in Bali, but as you can expect they have been tailored to suit first world tourists with USD, GBP, EUR, AUD etc. I don't believe it's very good value for money here, you're more paying for hype and demand. What makes it more disturbing is the staff will only be earning $1,000 USD per month if that... I won't be going back any time soon. Thailand is a better option with much more things going on.

We were here for almost a week for our honeymoon. We had the honeymoon suite with private pool. They gave us a free upgrade to penthouse.

Room, views, staff, food, location all excellent. They have 2 restaurant options & the menus have lots of variety. The food was very good. They gave us several extra benefits for free. Also several honeymoon surprises when we got back to or room. We felt very well taken care of by everyone the entire time.

Good hotel ... fantastic views .. who are interested in vacationing in Bali ... don't even choose the wrong accommodation, guaranteed to stay here ... on the other side this hotel also provides extreme rides namely paragliding ... guarantee you are satisfied staying here ... let's go close. Who want to vacation in Bali don't forget to stay at the Samabe Bali Suites & Villas hotel

Quite place if you want to get away from the crowd. Good service and the room is very big and clean, and you can see the beach from your living room. Its very recommended for 5 star Hotel

Attended a beautiful sunset cave wedding on the beach at the hotel. I didn't stay at the hotel but saw the room off the bride and groom. The room had a private infinity edge pool which was pretty amazing. We had dinner at a restaurant on property. Everyone enjoyed their foodThe food. Mine was just ok. But the wedding cake was absolutely newsroom and delicious

One of the most luxurious beach front resort at the South West area of Bali. The private villas have plunge pools with gazebo and sun deck area. It's pretty huge and buggy service is profided free of charge for the guests. The food is excellent, the service is immaculate. Highly recommended for families and honeymooners.

So expensive 900K per person and the served food is what we expect very low portion and dessert is Indonesian only

A very nice resort and in quiet area, you do need a car to travel. There is a central connection service from the hotel.

Good for wedding. When you see the chapel facing the sea and for dinner party it's ok, there are several alternative places that can be chosen for the party venue.
