Stayed here for our honeymoon this past July (all-inclusive honeymoon package in a suite with a private infinity pool) and we had an AMAZING time.

The view, room, beach and resort are exactly what we imagined from the pictures. The staff were polite, friendly, and on-point (room cleaning and all). We loved the 24-hour butler service and took advantage of all the activities we could choose from (some were excursions in another town). There was also a regular shuttle bus into town to an outdoor mall for anyone s fashion and souvenir shopping needs.

A minor drawback about the all-inclusive package is that alcohol as only after 5pm-but that didn t make much of a difference to us (plus there was beer in our room fridge anyway). Also, the food was different and not our favourite part of our stay but we tried Indonesian food and found menu items to enjoy.

Overall, the ambiance was exactly what we wanted and dreamed of. If you re looking to be pampered and for a private, romantic honeymoon or vacation, we highly recommend this resort and package!!

Amazing ocean view at south of nusa dua are...the best place to spend your time with family, your people do you love, and friends..You can enjoy the romantic dinner in the cave with a private staff and that's only you can find at Samabe Bali.. they also have lock your love island which is you can write your initial on the padlock then put on the island.. they provide a inclinator the located under the chapel..butler service was so amazing.. unbelivable..if you are on the unlimited program that will be more great..you can have some previlages from that option..
You will get experiences enjoy the afternoon tea on the cave which is only Samabe can provide that then the others resort..you can also playing at the beach with some activities non motorized..this is one of the best place to get the photo shooting...

Best service you can expected. The place was very lovely and they have a clean private beach with blue water and white sand where you can do and learn water sports with no additional charge. There are many fun lessons too, from cooking to wood carving.

Great space and great food, in the detail is what's the problem.

It's an awesome place & experience but the floors of ur washrooms are very slippery plz work on it.

Perfect place for holiday. Cool place, near to the beach. Spectacular view. When I come to Rempah2 Main Dining Room for breakfast, the foods are delicious and handled by professionals staff. I just want to staycation in villa, very homey. One of best villa that I ve ever stayed. Recommended. And I wanna come back again with my family.

We will never ever think to go back to this hotel , we had such a horrible experience, if there was any minus rating I would be more than happy to give that rating, we were not able to sleep whole night in the room we asked for and paid thousands $$ for ocean view filled with the mosquitos and aircon was not working properly, we were sweating throughout the night the manager on duty we complained about it she was not helpful, she just said ok we will have look at it and she didnt do any thing, cause we already paid for it. I would not recommend anyone to stay there

Lovely resort with spectacular views and luxurious accommodations and dining options.

Everything about this place is top drawer. Excellent, large rooms with beautiful views. Fantastic food and drink offerings at the restaurants. Most impressive of all though is the excellent service from the ever friendly and helpful staff.
If possible, take the all inclusive option as it is well worth it.
This certainly must be the best, most enjoyable hotel \ resort I've ever stayed in.

Stunning resort w romantic cave dinner spot. Perfect for honeymooners also Surprised proposal. The room was good, the food okay and the staff are friendly. Becareful with the monkeys (this is common problem in this area) but over all this place is magic & unmemorable

Gorgeous resort with exceptionally friendly staff and service. Definitely felt pampered with the all inclusive package. Both restaurants offered delicious food. However, for the price point, I think this resort could use more pools (only has two and they're quite small) and more restaurant options (only has 2 - felt bored after 2 days). Also felt like the staff was realllllly pushing us to take tours and go outside the resort even though we wanted to stay in and relax. Overall, good experience but it is quite pricey!

My husband and I came here as the first stop on our honeymoon in Bali. We told our travel agent that we wanted a quiet, relaxing, classy, all inclusive place to unwind for the first few days. Samabe surpassed anything we could have ever dreamed of.

We had an ocean view honeymoon suite.The room was enormous with a view of the ocean from it's very large balcony, a soaking tub, a super comfy king sized bed, and all of the bathroom things one could ever need. The all inclusive gave us one refill per day of the minibar (no liquor, no wine- just water, soft drinks, juice, milk, moonpies and 4 beers.) Alcohol was available as part of the all inclusive from 5p-12a, but not all- house wines & beer, as well as certain midrange hard liquor. If you want wine with lunch or grey goose ever, you have to pay for it. This didn't really bother us- we were used to all-inclusive meaning a pina colada with your eggs benedict, but thats ok.

And onto the FOOD- the breakfast (included for all) is amazing- fresh fruits, breads, asian foods, pastries, european cold cuts, pizza... and thats just the buffet. You can order off their ala carte menu of eggs, waffles, congee, octopus, etc. Lunch and dinner were also fantastic. We had lunch by the pool a few times and dinner at both restaurants and room service- all superb.

The best thing about this resort is the staff. They can not do enough for you. Service with a smile is an understatement.
Example: As part of the all inclusive, each person gets a free "activity" everyday. We opted to have an hour long couples massage on our ocean front balcony (yes, really) for 2 of the days and ventured to the Seawalker (meh) for another. We weren't able to use two of our activities because we arrived later in the day and departed at noon. We had booked a honeymoon romantic spa extravaganza (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) that included body wraps, massage, foot bath, sauna, facials, and a flowered soak. After the 3 hours were done, we went to pay and they had credited us for the monetary value of our unused activities. We were given a discount that they didn't need to give us at all, because they are AMAZING.

The vila sits on top of the cliff of the south part of nusa dua district. It is categorized as upper 4-stars resort. The remarkable feature is the beach lift. The private beach is also very quiet and the water is calm. Recommended for guest with preferences of secluded activity and utmost privacy.

Stayed in April 2018 and it was incredible. Beautiful, secluded resort with gorgeous suites. Even the reception area is beautiful. The room came with a personal butler who was very attentive during our stay, even down to drawing a milk bath in the evening and making dinner reservations for us. Absolutely loved the poolside bar and menu, afternoon foot massages by the pool, and cave-side dinner. Breakfast and dinner menus did not disappoint! Everything was so elegant and luxurious - it seems like the kind of place that celebrities run away to. A "waiting area" is also available if you have an overnight flight that you need to hang around for, complete with movie theater and lounge area. Great service all around, everyone was very kind and professional. Would highly recommend this for couples wanting a romantic getaway. Also, try the mangosteens!

Good place, great view

Just dont like the way the general manager run the house, yell at staff loudly with bad manners and words in front of guests and clients.

Staff did a great job, and they deserve more. Yes they did some mistakes, but a good leader will have the outcome of great result IF HE did a good job, otherwise then it's the leaders mistakes, in my opinion..

Villas are amazing, well maintained, worth the money spent

One annoying thing about their big signage in area of Ritz Carlton and it's confusing the driver!! (and the gmaps also not helping by pin pointing at the wrong location!!!)

This was a great hotel and resort. It was, howver....not excellent. The water sports instructor adi from Batan answered, "where are you from?" With "my mother" and when I repeated Batan he told me "not baton the beer"....perhaps it was lost in translation or just a bad day. He was not very polite. Attention to detail may not be the strongest point here. I'm a celiac and delivering wheat products for breakfast is a bad call. And asking me if I want fruit and yogurt for breakfast without telling me I already ordered it just to upcharge me is low class. This also happened when I ordered coffee as coffee liquor was provided just so they could charge for alcohol...and I noticed. A 3 am wake up call is 3am. Not 315. And when I'm expected for a cab at the lobby that may mean my luggage needs to be there. The rest of the team and experiences were superb. The location is rather relaxing. The pool has many loose tiles and no grout left to hold them, and the deck is so hot you'll get burns because the deck is dark in color. The upside is the food, the butler, the view, and the room. Its superb. The front desk and reception treat you like a king. The chinese abuse the staff repeatedly. It was appalling. There is never a want for a buggy. One staff member drove the buggy and tried to talk me into a supposed "deal" for a cab ride to Ulluwatu and said I'd never get back but his friend could help. Not what I expected. Day 3 was my last and everything happened that day. November 10th is the slow season. Maybe 10 people total at the resort. The female staff were certainly all smiles and extremely professional. My butler was world class. The gardens are worth admiring too. Breakfast and the coffee is superb. I have recently avoided expedia properties because the reviews do not accurately reflect the experience.

Had a surprise date set up by my partner. A romantic dinner called 'The power of love' on the beach tucked away in a candle lit cave, rose heart petals etched on the beach and a romantic table facing the beautiful beach. We were assigned a private waiter (Gede) who looked after us so professionally going over and beyond our expectations. The food, especially the bread, soup and desert was absolutely tantalizing. All in all i was very impressed by how well they managed the surprise not giving anything away until i got to the beach. The cart and jeep pick up to and fro tyke beach was also much appreciated.

The cave dinner was beautiful and everything me and my wife wanted. Great food and service

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Samabe. We stayed there for 3 days & 3 nights to celebrate our first marriage anniversary. We had an amazing anniversary celebration & the Samabe team made it more special & memorable.
All the staff's attention to details & exemplary service made our stay very comfortable. I'm a vegetarian & have certain food allergy which we had notified to the team on our arrival. We were surprised that all our meals were well taken care of, keeping this in mind. We never had to repeat. This was the first such experience for me as I generally have to double check for the meals served.
Really appreciate it.
We travel a lot and Samabe is by far the best resort we've ever stayed at, in terms of customer service, amanities, food and overall experience.

All inclusive is the best. Hospitality is also great! Korezo Resort Hotel Away from the noise of everyday life, it is the best for those who want to spend time relaxingly! ! If you are lucky, you can also see wild monkeys playing around outside the room.
