Buyer beware. I booked an all-inclusive vacation at this hotel Samabe. After paying through Expedia online I discovered within minutes it was not all inclusive as advertised. I immediately notified Expedia and they said they would call the hotel. For the next 4 days I called and emailed Expedia to get a refund but no luck not even a return email. The hotel says it s nonrefundable (even though their websites states that it is within 48hours) and Expedia after 4 days of no communication with me finally said that I would have to take it up with their insurance group ( I bought trip insurance). Inclusive does not mean all inclusive. The hotel reservationist Ade? Told my Expedia helper Stephen that it was a non-refundable room. Expedia also told me that they had tried several time to get a reply to their emails but to no avail. Hard to say who is stalling. Incredible to have to go through this.
