Peace itself.. The food was so delicious and the staff was grateful for the polite service. Because of the corona, even staying in the villa was not boring at all and spent peacefully.

compared to St Regis, Oberoi, Sofitel and other branded Hotel, the service and Value for money is a joke in Samabe Bali Suites & Villas. Definately would not recommend. there are plenty of other "real" luxury places to stay in Bali. Nice view though.

stunning view of beach side as seen from the penthouse Suite, great design of garden & pool architectural) and love the cathamaran, unfortunately during high tide. stayed on the night of 26092017..

Brillant, fantastic, superb. I m an avid beach resort traveller and this is by far the most hospitable stay ever in the recent 3 years. The staff from all levels (reception to porters to buggy drivers to gardeners) they have that geniune warmth and interest to engage a conversation with you. Some resorts come in with that salesy feeling, hoping to speak with you in return for a small tip. You gotta feel this yourself.

Good aesthethics, well maintained resort, better than Club Med or Hilton. Locally owned and pushing the bar up for luxury resorts in Bali.

Prices are higher compared to resorts in the same vicinity but will definetly return.

The service was great. However they did not give us the room we requested for our honeymoon and did not accommodate. We even booked through there website and contacted them by email to ensure we got our honeymoon suite however they gave us some villa which was not what we wanted. food was good but overall it was overpriced.

Terrific place for a relaxing getaway. Staff are extremely friendly and got out of their way to accommodate every request.

We stayed for six nights at Samambe for our honeymoon and had to post a review because we were so impressed. The staff were amazing (attentive but also wouldn t even notice they were there when we wanted privacy), gardens and pool areas are absolutely spectacular and beautifully maintained. The food was exceptional (tried all the restaurants) and we can t recommend this resort highly enough. Definitely try to get some inclusions (even if just limited) - they really go out of their way to look after you and you are left wanting for nothing. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Beautiful beach, with an escalator you can go down to the beach ...

so i we didn't spend the night here but i surprised my wife with an amazing dinner for our anniversary ... the dinner consisted of being lead to a private cave lit with hundreds of candles on the beach with an outstanding meal and private butler to assist with any and all requests... very highly recommend this experience

Quiet and calm luxury hotel with its own beautiful beach.

Expect 5 stars services and 5 stars prices, all of the staffs are very helpful and good at their jobs. Cleanliness are on point, you can't miss the view, one look at the beach view then most likely you will make a huge smile on your face. Definitely one of the best 5 stars villas & resorts in Bali. Perfect for honeymoon,second honeymoon and private wedding / event

Very nice quiet high class establishment. Good service, good food, impressive scenery, nice cottage deco, great private beach with clean white sands, exquisite chapel, comfortable buggy service all the time. Excellent place for relaxing.

I recently stayed at Samabe for my honeymoon and would highly recommend this place for others. Tee one word that described the resort is: HOSPITALITY.

The worker respectfully greeted my wife and I at the airport with a nice Samabe sign, and provided us fresh, infused water in the van which had wi-fi. From this moment, we were continually blessed with awesome front desk and room service. A special thanks to Kris and Ferdie!. This is not a party-vibe resort, but if you are looking for a relaxing getaway, then this is your spot. The resort is also close to big venues in Bali, so you can ask the front desk to order Blue Bird taxis and they'll be happy to do so.The resort seems to always go the extra mile for great customer service by adding notes to your account such as if you're lactose intolerant or like specific things with your food/beverages. The breakfast buffer was on-point as well! They do an awesome job of customizing things for you (for ex, my wife always seemed to crave seafood fried rice, which was not on the menu, but the cooks were happy to cook that). We fortunately were able to stay for the New Years celebration, which consisted of the Bali-popular DevDan show. Also highly recommended!

A wonderful resort in all its details. We booked a suite overlooking the ocean. The room, attention, services, and cleanliness are excellent, worth its price (breakfast and drinks all day long are free, stay car service is fast, yoga and imagination place, Kids Club, sea activities available are all free "Quiet games to not disturb Residents, activities schedule, carving lessons, cutting fruits, Indonesian cooking, .... ask about it.) Its location near the center of Bali I highly recommend it

Very good resort overall. Quite expensive, but i think it worth it.

Note to the hotel, please figure out how to ensure there is no condensation in the room floor. It cause wet floor and bedding n quite uncomfortable.

Lacks the WOW factor of alternative 5 star resorts in the region. Although smaller and more intimate, what a perfect opportunity for fine tuned perfection at every level. The staff are amazing. The personal touch of a resident duck is wonderful. The rooms are spacious with sensational views (some of the best) however the furnishings are becoming tired and lack the prestige for the price. Food selection appears rather limited although this is only day two.

These are first impressions and first impressions matter, yes fairly less positive than most but when your neighbour is the Ritz-Carlton or the Hilton and you are vying for an equal star rating, this is when the smallest elements make the biggest differences. All negative elements are property related. Potentially an investment issue. The grounds could easily be improved and the rooms better maintained for the perfect touch a five star clientele are expecting. Kids club is small (expected) but also becoming dirty. Beach club equipment feels like seconds and life jackets are stained and mouldy. The major plus, the internal purchasing is a faction of the cost of neighbouring hotels (spa, food, drinks, etc). My advise, give people a reason to pay more and they will happily do so. I like this property, I love others.

There is a private beach that can be accessed using an elevator. There is a cave, either natural or artificial, but it is very exotic to enjoy lunch or just quench your thirst.

Beautiful hotel, with very personal service. The staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help. The beach is 170 steps down but there is an elevator being installed so I presume that will be rectified shortly. Tvs in rooms are a bit outdated but other than that it is a wonderful hotel with great food and service.

Feel the wold with monkeys here! Really! Dont for get tonfeed them when you lucky to meet them.

The best stay I've ever had. The staff went above and beyond. The vibe was pure magic. Everything was beyond amazing. Devi our butler, was incredible. Became a good friend to my kids during my stay. And Deva the wood work shop gentlemen was equally special. The entire staff at Samabe were incredible. Food was fab. Beach vibe ... Spot on. Bedroom view was heavenly. Incredible stay. A good resort, almost at the foot of the island of Bali. The scenery is good, the beach is located on the edge of the cliff, the beach cliff swimming pool that fits into the wedding venue etc.
