We just moved here and found the construction of our house to be of top quality with details toward energy efficiency. The community is active and welcoming to new residents and plenty of recreational opportunities. We can't say enough good things about our builder and the community. EXCELLENT in every respect.
I live here so I think it's pretty great. They decided to build a new house right next to ours though so that's one star gone. Amenities are fantastic. Lots of wooded space to walk around in and access to the river (which is stocked with trout). Residents are probably the greatest amenity. There is a real sense of community.
Beautiful neighborhood with wonderful amenities. Was a guest at a baby shower held in the pool club house. Perfect setting.
My parents live here and we love visiting. The whole community is just one amenity after another. This is by no means a cookie-cutter neighborhood.

Saluda River Club is an awesome neighborhood where the people love to relax, have fun with friends, get involved in local neighborhood activities and explore the in-neighborhood Saluda River and all the amazing amenities of nearby Lake Murray. And, it's minutes from downtown Columbia and the University of South Carolina.
