Selection is great and service is outstanding.
Took my elderly Mom there today and they stayed 30 min after store hours and patiently waited for her to make a choice on the most comfortable shoes for her.

The helpfulness of the staff is beyond compare! The owner, Courtnay has always been extremely helpful. CSC offers an amazing selection of stylish orthopedic shoes, which are oh so hard for me to find. Courtnay and her staff are genuine and intuitive. From the moment I first walked in and met the staff, I knew I would never buy my shoes from a department store again! While I was in school at UTC, I had a tight budget and could only buy one, possibly two nice pairs of shoes a year. I would browse CSC about every other month and was never pressured to purchase. CSC goes far above and beyond the competition! I had bought a pair of brown Birkenstock from CSC and loved them so much that I wanted them in black. Courtnay found and ordered a limited edition pair in black for me! Also, kudos to helping my grandmother( the pickiest woman in the world) find not one, but two pairs of sandals! You go girls! I am blanking on the young blonde who also helped us, but she was phenomenal as well.

This place is delightful. Elise is by far the best saleswoman to set foot in this business. She was so intent on finding me the perfect shoe and she did indeed. This place is Uganda Jenkins Certified.

My favorite and most comfortable pairs of shoes have been purchased at CSC and I constantly get compliments on them both. I look forward to making future purchases at the shop, as the investment is always worthwhile!

I ve been shopping here for my wife s Christmas and special gifts for the last few years. The staff is always helpful and there are lots of unique items that she always loves. Definitely recommend!

I always love to support local, especially when the quality is there. However, I had a bad experience recently while trying to make an exchange. I ve spent a lot of money at CSC, and always enjoyed the shoe selection and service. This time was different when I attempted to make an exchange. I will unfortunately have to find another local shoe store to spend my money.

Very poor customer service. My wife was virtually ignored by the two assistants. They were to busy fawning over another customer. To the point when my wife asked about getting a shoe to try on, the other customer barged in and they took care of her first. Needless to say, we won't be back!
