I changed over to SalonIQ a few years back and I can honestly say the service is fantastic, whenever I have had any problems the team have always been able to sort it out for me.

Having moved over from I Salon, what IQ offers is poles apart. The system is literally life changing when running a business, customer experience, marketing to your clients and motivating your team. Everything the other cowboys couldn't. The transition and set up was pain free, the support has been second to none. Do not hesitate to sign up with these guys... You wont regret it!

I have been with salon iq for quite a few years now. This system has allowed me to step up my game, the help and support I get from Abbi, Sam, Kate, and so many more of the team, is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. Even during lock down. They never maker you feel silly .. they are always friendly. So thank You I appreciate everything you do xx

Having changed all our salon estate over last year mid first locked down!
The installations and training went very smoothly this help the salon team understand how to use Saloniq straightaway and not effecting the running of the salon when they re-open.
Also, the on-going support we receive has been great, as well as the team listen to our needs and addition feature requests we have.
One of the biggest advances now we are able to market all guest across all salons all in one place.

More than disappointing. The software is good but the support is poor, you will be in a long queue any time you call and even when you get through I ve been told someone will call back within the hour. We are 4 weeks in now and our salon app hasn t been started on when this was part of the set up. One of our computers still hasn t had the software loaded into and they never seem in a rush to get this sorted which is more than frustrating.
The other problem is I was told all my data would go over and it didn t, one of my salons I had to manually input our appointment in from now up to Christmas. I also can t see any of the fantastic graphs the software has because my data is lost.

I love this system! Very easy to use after having amazing training from Cara. All the support team are very good, would highly recommend.

Love the system especially the dashboards and reporting. Easy to use and I love that I can use so easily from home with no extra costs! Great training and support from the team when I need it

Best change I've made for my salons, staff are more motivated due to the reports.
Defiantly the best multi-site software I've used.

We transitioned over to SalonIQ nearly 2 years ago now & I can honestly say we haven t looked back!
The iCloud based intelligent salon software system is a fantastic tool for any salon/spa. Revenue drivers can monitor their KPIs on the dashboard, guests receive text & email reminders of appointments & as a salon owner I absolutely LOVE the reporting system which I can access from my phone or laptop anytime, anywhere.
We recently launched a new website whereby we set up our online booking system & eGiftcard purchases which has proven to be a huge success.
As for the technical support I can t praise this enough! Abi, Richard & Neal are all incredible!
All have a wealth of knowledge & patience s to guide & support you through any processes. (Especially Abi - with me more recently!)
As a salon/spa owner I highly recommend SalonIQ.
