More than disappointing. The software is good but the support is poor, you will be in a long queue any time you call and even when you get through I ve been told someone will call back within the hour. We are 4 weeks in now and our salon app hasn t been started on when this was part of the set up. One of our computers still hasn t had the software loaded into and they never seem in a rush to get this sorted which is more than frustrating.
The other problem is I was told all my data would go over and it didn t, one of my salons I had to manually input our appointment in from now up to Christmas. I also can t see any of the fantastic graphs the software has because my data is lost.
