They took such great care of me from check in to discharge. They were able to assist me better than USMD las colinas & the downtown VA hospital ER who basically diagnosed me by email and virtual visit and i got worse over a weeks time. I came to the ER here with my eye swollen shut & face inflammation, and didnt have to wait to be seen, admitted, put on immediate IV meds & my own room. Everything was great and everyone was friendly & attentive. My parents were impressed and happy during their visit. Id definitley recommend this hospital for all future medical care. They take care of their veterans!

Let me start by saying I have NEVER been treated so rudely by anyone in a position to care in my life! At a time when I felt I was about to lose my life I encountered the most rude, uncaring and unprofessional people ever. My heart was breaking knowing that they could have shown compassion for someone who is normally in their position that was overwhelming. I have worked with dialysis Pts for over 7 years. The most difficult people some say and I have never spoken or handled any of my Pts the way Donna D and Hal tried to handle me. I came in feeling like I was about to fall straight on my face due to low blood sugar. I had to ask multiple times for a wheel chair while they sat behind the glass and asked me at least 10 different questions. I MEAN THEY SAT THERE AND WATCHED ME, listened to me say that I feel faint and they did not get up until I asked at least 5 times. Once I walked to the back Hal insisted on asking the same exact question (repetitiously and sarcastically) while I was still standing asking for a chair to sit. He insisted I stand on the scale to get my weight, I finally got a chair after. Once in triage the RN (Donna) had very little bedside manner. She kept asking the same questions that had nothing to do with my current situation. I know what triage is. Don t get me wrong. She was literally asking the same questions over and over. She showed even less compassion. WHEN I ASKED FOR CRACKERS SHE KEPT TELLING ME TO WAIT. I TOLD HER I FEEL FAINT SHE RESPONDED THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO PASS OUT IF YOU'RE GONNA DO IT. SO SO RUDE. IT WAS ALL UNNECESSARY FOR THEM TO TREAT ME THAT WAY. Maybe I needed to come in bleeding to get a sense of urgency. I m not sure but I will never go there again and I hope anyone who has to go has someone with them to back them up because even the ones you think have your back in there.... don t. I will drive straight past this place from now on. I have called the ER manager to complain and I have not been called back as of yet. I will call the complaint line also. I just may file a complaint with the state. No one should feel this way when they need help.

This place is awful !! From the moment you walk in which should be a pleasant experience per there policy AIDET, Diana definitely needs to be reminded of it.. the triage nurse Kelly basically mocked my symptoms and joked under her breath. The nurse practitioner is a joke and didn t even let me finish talking. I m here in tears praying for god to get me through. They are making me feel guilty for coming and an inconvenience.

I have been going here for 20 years.Never will I return.they ask for our thoughts and do what? Because of this covid mess .it's like nobody is watching.doctors do as they please.they had no bedside commode.thry had no chair.so I stayed in bed entire time.In rehab as we speak.some things I just can't put on here.niurses are doing there best. Under difficult circumstances. But never again will go back to this filthy place.Do not send your loved ones here if you can keep from it.

Received nothing for pain. Told them what happened at previous hospital and I recall the doctor say he'll give me a prescription for pain. But to my avail, no no pain medication. Just a patch for nausea and vomiting which as I told him I didn't get often... this is so frustrating. Waste of time and money!!

Dr Anthony Vallera and His Staff Made a very unsure situation very uncomfortable. Everyone from the Nurses, Anesthesiologist, Doctor's Assistants etc. were so accommodating, going above and beyond to make me feel at ease. So I thank you for your professional and great bedside manner. You guys Rock!

Today I was greeted at the front desk main entrance, just needed to pick up Rx from the pharmacy. She was attentive, took my temperature and put the standard paper bracelet on. She complimented me on my ring, which I thanked her for and made me feel great. I took the walk to the pharmacy, where I heard this man's voice( who sounded like a DJ) I overheard him chatting with the Pharmacy staff about "Kind" bars which perked my ears, because I'm a fan of those. They didn't have them, so he settled on a small package of Fig Newtons....I made a simple comment, something like wow, I haven't thought about those in years, now I'm going to have to get some. He pretty much insisted on buying me a pack and it Completely made my day. Thank You Mr. Jared from imaging and Kyra J. Your kindness to just one person goes along way. Keep up the wonderful Work Y'all do....

I Came in with a massive headache, from jump the entire staff was active. The Nurse Technician Tanisha, or Tasha was beyond helpful. My Nurse Marty and Tan were the best Nurses I ve had since ever coming there hands down. Marty, she didn t rush me she talked to me and made sure I understand everything. She was open to my life story and faith. Tan was professionallly COOL. He ran the whole show. I ve never been so impressed with staff and especially during a pandemic. The best treatment from a hospital I ve EVER got happened here. Thank you 3 AND GOD BLESS!
