Really nice place. Take the trail down to the lower falls while waiting for checkin and remember to get a view of the falls in the night spotlights before tucking in to the comfy bed.

We came to Snoqualmie to have an experience that was both wonderful and strange...and for the most part our dreams came true. We booked a river-view room which came with a spa tub, a fireplace, and a nice view of the river. We checked in just before 3 and a room wasn't available yet so we had to wait a bit...we used the opportunity to walk to the upper view of Snoqualmie Falls (a few minute walk from the front door of the hotel). After being notified our room was available, we came back, collected our lunge and went down to our room. When we got there a member of the housekeeping staff was still in the room (I guess the room was waiting 'final inspection') so we had to wait in the hall for a couple minutes while they finished that up.

The room was comfortable and luxurious. Many (expensive) spa treatments were available.

The free wifi was perfect.

We visited The Attic restaurant twice...once for a drink (infused with the honey they make), and a second time for "Cherry Pie & Damn Good Coffee" - This is where we get Twin Peaks specific with our experience...we also had pie at the Double R (aka Twede's)...the pie at The Attic was far superior to that at Twede's...WELL WORTH stopping here just to get.

Make sure to take pictures in front of Dale Cooper's Room (315), and walk on the pedestrian bridge in front of the Lodge to get similar views of the hotel as you would have from the TV show.

The location was great...easy (with a car) to explore other Twin Peaks filming locations and a quick drive also to the lower view of the Falls.

The gift show also had many local items including a small Twin Peaks section.

If you're a fan of Twin Peaks, you really need to have the experience of staying here...if you just want a luxurious getaway, this will serve you well too.

Overall, we had a pleasant experience at the Salish Lodge. The accommodations are very cozy. The staff was amazing and very friendly. We had a few issues but the staff addressed it before we left.

We ate at the attic restaurant. The restaurant has a great view as it is next to the Snoqualmie waterfall. We tried the pizza there and it was really good. I was refreshed by the originality of the topics and combination. I like how they incorporate the honey into drinks and entrees.

An amazing getaway spot. Even the wood fire smell and scented candles in the lobby make you feel peaceful. Such a beautiful location with the waterfall and surrounding wooded paths. I love retreating here, especially when I visit the spa for a day.

My wife and I got married here 10 years ago. We had a fantastic ceremony, a divine wedding cake, sublime views, the staff was excellent, and the food was wonderful. We could not have picked a better site to have our wedding at. If you re looking for a place to relax, eat great food, take a hike to a beautiful vista, or just want a restful place to stop on a road trip, I cannot think of a better place. Thank you folks for all that you do!

The breakfast experience was awesome, the food was quality and honest. But in my opinion lacking a little for the cost. The coffee is just drio coffee. But all in all and enjoyable experience. With and awesome view

My son and I drove over 200 miles on Sunday morning March 24th arrived around noon to have breakfast at the Salish lodge, we stopped to view the falls before heading over to the restaurant to enjoy breakfast, I had shared with him during our trip how cool and awesome it was going to be enjoy the food there.

We had approached the hostess a tall brunette who greeted us, she was at first welcoming and then asked if we were guests of the lodge, then she explained that we were not able to be seated in the restaurant because we had not been a guest of the lodge. She then explained that we could go upstairs to another restaurant called the Attic. Seeing that the restaurant was not even half full my son and I begrudgingly headed up the stairs to the other venue, when I looked behind he was stalled at the bottom of the stairs and replied to me that the Salish lodge was not worthy of our dollars and so we drove another 80 miles back toward home in eastern Washington and stopped in Cle Ellum and partook of the fare at a place called the Cottage Cafe. We were greeted by very friendly hostess and seated in a almost full venue.

Why is it when you want to do something special that you run into people or businesses that have great reputations but miss the utmost importance of what customer service truly is, will this review change anything, will Salish lodge change their policies or do they have so much revenue that our experience will not impact a single person not sure but hopefully the next person will receive better treatment in the future.

I am pleased that the ownership tried to communicate to me about my experience at the Salish Lodge, while I have not had any verbal communication mainly on my part due to being out of the country I appreciate them just trying. Hopefully this experience will enable them to be sensitive to other patrons. I own a business and employee's can mistake the intent of the owners direction at times however I did try today to reach out to Denny and left a message, I would consider giving them another opportunity and not at the expense of the business but mainly to experience the quality of the food and the service that they have been noted for in the past. I re-rated them because the deserve a mulligan as all people do, my best to them and all who enjoy their stay there.

My wife and I recently had the chance to stay at the salish and experience the newly renovated rooms first hand. We have stayed at the Salish a few times over the years, Wow the room updates are great! Along with the renovations we experienced a rejuvenation and excitement of service from the Spa, Restaurant and Hotel Staff. You will not go wrong to stay at the Salish Lodge & Spa! Alan, thanks for the great service, conversation and comb. It was a pleasure. LH

I made reservations when family was visiting from AZ. My mistake was to trust that the rooms were anything like the pictures on the website. The rooms and appointments were adequate at best. For what the rooms cost, I would have been better served booking a B & B. Highly disappointed.

Awesome plac. To just go to visit. They have a great gift shop filled with local items. I e heard great things about the main restaurant, and The Attic (another restaurant in the building) is fantastic.

My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we have heard great things about the Salish Lodge so we decided to try it out. The grounds are beautiful, the staff was generally very helpful and nice, and the beds/pillows are amazing!!!! Due to covid the dining rooms are operating differently so we decided to order food to our room. We opted to order from The Attic. I absolutely love grilled cheese so I ordered beechers grilled cheese and tomato soup, he ordered a margherita pizza. We were told about 25 to 30 mins after waiting almost 50 we were told our food was on its way. It arrived and was nearly uncooked both the sandwich and the pizza. We kindly walked it downstairs to the restaurant and the manager on duty (Heather) was amazing and apologetic. She gave us a couple drinks while we waited almost another hour and got mediocre food again but at least by now we were not paying for it. The only other issues was there was gobs of hair in the bathtub drain under the stopper which as a prior housekeeper I could see how that would be overlooked. Attached are the before and after photos. As pricey as it was for one night it would have been nice if we did not have to wait 2+ hours for a grilled cheese and small pizza but the bed was so comfy!

The lodge gave us the wrong room. (no balcony). Our private table for dinner was taken away last minute for Russell Wilson. We were taking pictures of the view and sunset from our 2nd rate table.. and were asked to stop due to Russell Wilson being in the vicinity.. when asked about our private table they claimed Russell Wilson booked first.
However.. we booked the private dining room a month in advance due to the hostess's advice. She claims it was available and a remarkable view with the falls out of our window and even mentioned the time of evening that would be best for sunset!! We paid an extra $50.00 for the table. The lodge did buy our dinner. But we'd have rather had our private table and romantic dinner. That said.. dinner was mediocre.. not fabulous. Not worth talking about later. Except for the point at hand.. which is we were bumped for Russell Wilson. I'm glad we didn't pay for the mediocre meal because then I'd have to make this post longer. Service was amazing by our waiter Josh.

Since we are locals that want to share our area with guests that we host through a global hosting company. We decided to go and check out the Attic. We went in the mid afternoon on a Sunday. It was not a particularly busy day as we know it can get at the falls when they have to have police to direct traffic and you have to fight for parking even in the overflow. It was actually quite nice to visit without the crowds.

Unfortunately I can't give a review of the food or drinks or service, since we could not get any. After we were seated and went over 15 minutes without being acknowledged by any individual, we left for one our favorite service friendly and spectacularly wonderful food venues in the area. Quite a few staff personnel had the opportunity as they walked by, to simply look in our direction and say, someone will be with you shortly.

There is no excuse for not acknowledging new patrons. It tells them you are a burden and they don't want your business.

Go to the falls and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, but go elsewhere for sustenance and rejuvenation.

They had a Livingsocial offer, a 346.00 value for 173.00. Apparently they over sold and were unable to handle it.

Called for reservation and was put on a long wait. Called back and was asked to leave a number and they would call back in 1/2 hour. Waited 6 hours and no call back. So, called back and same long wait. Finally someone called. I asked the lady to let me get to my other phone. When I got to other phone, the lady had hung up. Called a few more times with the same result.

Finally, the next day someone called and I made a reservation. I asked to be connected to the spa for a massage reservation. Left a message for spa personnel.

Waited all day and no one called back. I called the lodge and cancelled my reservation. I did get to talk to a supervisor. The only thing she could say was that they had oversold the offer and were unable to handle it.

Sorry Salish, you had your chance to get my business on a regular basis and you failed. You should not sacrifice the quality of your service by trying to make an offer you cannot deliver or execute.

My wife and I stayed at the Lodge for our recent anniversary. The room was very comfortable, and well appointed. The hotel is positioned at the top Snoqualmie Falls, and we took a fantastic walk to the bottom in the morning.

Whenever we are in the Snoqualmie Falls area, we try and have lunch at The Attic in Salish Lodge. The combination of views and good food provide a real value. I recommend it to family and friends!

This place is magical! The beauty of being surrounded by cascading water falls and breathtaking landscaping is only half of the story. The gift shop is huge and unique! I was not fortunate to see their lovely rooms each different from the other. But, it is on my list. The staff are genuine, many employed their for many years. I have to give a shout out for lady I spoke with the most-Michelle. Always kind and cheerful, empathetic and so helpful. Thank you Michelle, your integrity will not go unrewarded.

At the spa, the facility is nice but it lacks some of the fine details you see at other high end spas like; Music, cold ice wash clothes and drink service at the hot tub. When I asked the gal In The spa for a glass of wine, she told me I could walk to the front desk and order one. Seems weird to walk up there sopping wet. Also, hot tub jets were broken in one and the other the water was very low so it was difficult to use the jets. Hope the massage is better than the wet area experience. Details make all the difference at a spa.

Even if I try and nitpick there's no other option but to give it 5 stars. Location is beautiful, food is delicious, the rooms are amazing, and staff are friendly and invested in customer satisfaction. I hear a lot of complaints about the prices, but honestly the rooms and food are very well priced (coming from a professional CNA). for the quality and authenticity.

Management and ownership should be proud; Salish is a gem in beautiful Washington State. Thank you Salish for making my Fiancee's birthday special even during the craziness of the pandemic!

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. The rooms are updated and very nice, the restaurants on site are excellent, and the hotel sits right next to an amazing waterfall. Close to its town of Snoqualmie and about 20 miles from Seattle, I think this is a great choice if you want to go to the city but then relax in the serene quiet in between. I give this hotel an A+. I think a good comparison to this hotel is Kimpton.
