Beautiful hotel in a fantastic setting right next to Snoqualmie falls. Reception greeted us with the offer of a warm cider and introduced us to our room and the area. The room was wonderfully decorated with a fireplace and view over the back of the falls. We had a lovely couples massage in the spa, following it up with dinner in the attic bar where they were really good in dealing with our food allergies without any fuss and we enjoyed the Twin Peaks themed Cherry pie and damn fine coffee.
Yes, this hotel is pricy, but it is well worth it, and I would definitely return for another stay.

Great views if they will seat you by the windows. We were put at a table in the corner with several empty tables close to the windows. I asked if we could have a table with a view, and I was told that they have a party coming in at 6:30 that reserved the room. I was ok with that, then as we were waiting for our food they were continuing to put other people in empty tables with a view. We were also there at 5:00pm. When they gave us menues we looked them over and both decided on what we want. My girlfriend wanted the seafood plate, then they said that they were out of cod. She then ordered the fish and chips, and they said that they are out of fish. So she just ordered some beef tips. My menu had chefs choice flatbread, and I asked what the item was because that's what I wanted. I was told that that should not be on the menu. So I ordered the taco flatbread. We got our drinks, then the waitress came and told me that they dont have any flatbreads, even though I see them making flat in clear sight. Im not going to argue becauae they are making my food. The waitress then gives me a completely different menue to choose something else. I now see a clams dish, that was not on the original menu. I ordered that because I knew my girlfriend would have rather had that. When we got our food, we just swapped dishes. The food was good, but the experience was bad.

We stayed for our Babymoon. We got the Babymoon Package which included two massages ($120 treatment each), $50 dining credit, Sparkling cider w/ rose petals, a little gift for baby (stuffed animal), and the use of a pregnancy pillow during our stay. We upgraded our massage to a couples fireside massage (which included special accommodations for my 32 week pregnant self). The massages were EXACTLY what both of us needed. They may have created massage addicts! We utilized our $50 dining credit at The Attic for dinner, which was absolutely delicious. My husband got the Seafood Chowder bowl and he loved it, said it was perfect just the way it was. I got the Fresh Mozzarella Margherita pizza and it was everything I expected, so good! The added treats in our room just made our stay that much more welcoming and relaxing. I HIGHLY recommend staying at the Salish Lodge & Spa for your Babymoon, or even just for a get away!

Location was amazing. Hospitality was above and beyond. Room is out-dated and bed was TOO soft, slept horribly. Ceilings are thin, someone was having a dance party above us from 10-midnight. Food was good but OVER priced for what you get, $12 for a cup of coffee...what's that about?

The rooms and the setting are amazing. Beautiful lighting and interior finishes. The valet and room service staff was excellent. The check in and checkout services could be a bit better, but very good. The spa was wonderful, the staff there also very good. Dined in the Dinning Room, the service was very good. My one wish is that the menu in the dining room was less honey centric.

The views are amazing there. The resort itself is not so fancy and comfortable. The resort employees didnt really make you feel like they d go the extra mile. And the room was dark, the view was over the busy road and the fireplace didnt work. Also, my wife and I both got massages. We paid for an hour service. My wife s massage started late and ended early... we would go back to the area for the views but wouldnt stay at the lodge again.

Should be a 5 star review, but damn those sheets are the WORST. 300 thread count in an otherwise pretty sweet lodge. It was like sleeping on potato sacks. No really, they were so bad that it dropped this down 2 stars.
The rooms are amazing. They have POUR OVER COFFEE in the rooms, which I love. Fireplace, 2 person showers. The staff are all amazing. And you can't beat that view.
But seriously, those sheets made for 2 horrible nights of non-sleep. Who would have thunk such a small thing could make such a HUGE difference. But we won't be back for that reason. Above all the other perks, you need to have a comfy nights sleep!

My husband and I spent half of our honeymoon here. The lodge is amazing. The views are incredible. We dined in the attic and the dining room. The food was pricey but delicious. It s cool that they have honey from their own bees. We were the second couple to stay in our newly renovated room. Everything about the room was perfect and our view of the Snoqualmie river and mountains was wonderful. The falls are gorgeous. We were lucky enough to have a sunny day in March for exploring the river and the trails around the lodge. We will definitely be back one day.

After reading good reviews, I was super excited to try this different Mexican food. Right away, the server seemed annoyed that we didn't order guac. Then we had to get up and our own salsa from the salsa bar. I was excited at the thought of a salsa bar; however, it was not exciting. Mild green salsa, red hot salsa, and pico de gallo, that's it... And there's a sign about "only taking what you'll eat", I get it, but it comes across rude and like the customer doesn't know what they're doing (then just bring us some) plus the cups to make your own salsa were the size of dressing cups. Maybe 2 ounces. Not easy to 1. Get much 2. Get your chip in there to get any salsa on it. Plus you have to pay for chips and salsa and... and if they don't want to be wasteful (as the sign indicated) they shouldn't give a humongous basket of chips. We barely made a dent. They prided themselves on homemade chips, but they weren't very good. I got some fried tortilla dish with skirt steak, per the recommendation if the server. There was hardly any flavor to it, I was super disappointed. We heard reviews that the mole was very good, so my fiance got chicken with mole, the chicken was tender and juicy and the mole was good, but not good enough to win us over.

Attended a wedding here. The location is beautiful. The accommodations at the wedding (food, service staff) were excellent. We stayed over and the room was nice. We enjoyed the amenities in our room which included a small courtyard, wood fireplace, and jetted tub.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The carpets were frayed, They offered to charge the battery of my phone at the reception and they forgot to do it. We couldn't have breakfast at their restaurant because we didn't have reservations. We complained and they refunded the grand amount of 20.00 for the inconvenience. We paid over 500.00 for one night.

This Lodge and spa are located on top of Snoqualmie falls. It's ways a beauty everytime we visit it. Would recommend staying here for a special occasion or an anniversary if you're visiting Seattle.

Completely overpriced! Just because it is nxt to a waterfall. Room accommodations were adequate, but the tv did not work, and woke up to the smell of the duraflame log we burned in the wood fireplace. Totally for tourists.

Wonderful! Beautiful rooms with the sound of the falls right out the window. The huge jetted tub in the bathroom is lovely, and you can see the fireplace as you soak. The spa is relaxing, and all of the food is fantastic.

I'm torn by this place. Great service but way over priced. We got a package and the final bill was double once tips were added. Not a bad experience just overpriced. For example we got a couple's massage and the final bill ended up being $636 for 80 minutes. Or, we ordered a $50 bottle of wine for room service and there were $40 in extra service charges. I'm happy to say that now I know and will be trying other hotels next time in the area.

Had a great stay here. The staff was nice, and the grounds are a real treat. Food was a bit overpriced in the restaurants, but at the same time - it's a good environment and atmosphere. I wish I had more time to explore the surrounding area.

We went here for a night on our honeymoon and had a great time. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they surprised us with a congratulatory bottle of champagne when we got to our room. The food was really good and the rooms are great too. It's really nice falling asleep to a fire in the room. The surrounding area is beautiful and the falls were amazing to see. Great place to stay and we would definitely come back.

Stayed here last weekend for our anniversary. To say I was completely underwhelmed is to put it nicely. Check in was fine except I had called and changed our dinner reservation to brunch and no one had record of that... easy fix. We purchased the rejuvenation package. I was told on the phone we could upgrade to a fireside couples massage for $20 which I totally opted for. (They failed to tell me it was that per person) my massage was fine except my severe allergic reaction to whatever the robes and linens are washed in. I was miserable. Also it was nice to have access to the sauna and hot tub except when I made the reservation they failed to tell us that existed, so we didn t have bathing suits to enjoy the amenities. We had lunch at the attic and the food was great however our drinks were disgusting. And the staff were having personal conversations the entire time. When I told the front desk I was having a reaction she told me they didn t have any Benadryl and I would have to drive to a gas station to get some. (No offer to change our sheets or towels) I was up all night scratching and miserable. And then the alarm in our room went off at 5:45. You would really think that would be on the check list for house keepers not to ruin your stay. Breakfast was fine but over priced. We had a $100 food voucher and at check out we were charged another $10 for food which I assumed was our lunch since we didn t spend it all on breakfast. Upon checkout we paid our $850 bill (for 1 night) and received a receipt saying paid in full. But then we were charged again $60 3 days later which I m assuming is our actual lunch charge but it doesn t make sense when we didn t spend our $100. I will never stay here again or eat here. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I expected an amazing experience where the staff would actually care about you during your stay but I was amazed by the rudeness and unprofessional attitudes. I will say the valet attendants were very nice. I originally thought if we liked it we could purchase the Costco deal for family members but I will not. Don t waste your money here... I m regretting I did.

EDIT: My review still stands, after calling and emailing the manager for the last 12 days there has been no resolution. He doesn t return my calls and then sends an email asking when he can reach me. I have called her personal line many times and never receive a call back. My review has proved true about what terrible service this place offers. At this point I asked him to forget it. I m a busy mom of two and I don t have time to back and fourth email with someone who can t respond to a voice mail when it s been over a month since we stayed there.
