Really nice location and good service happy with experience
Gorgeous building, friendly staff and the waterfall is beautiful.
Stopped for lunch at the Attic, their casual restaurant and bar. Food was satisfying and staff was very friendly.
Totally Amazing and Just Perfect! My friend and I met at the Salish Lodge & Spa for an overnight get-away! She drove down from Mt. Vernon and I drove up from Kent. Just needed a relaxing and fun time away from it all. We could not have picked a better place. From the Valet's quick attention to our coming and going, to Rebecca at the Front Desk - every attention to detail was amazing, including the hot beverage at check-in. The room was fabulous with the fireplace and balcony and huge beyond belief shower and big screen TV! We had dinner at The Attic and Olivia offered suggestions and was very knowledgeable. The Cauliflower Crust Spicy Italian Pizza was to die for!! Lindsey was our server at breakfast and not only also gave us wonderful service but a special treat with the "Honey from Heaven" for our biscuits - their own honey made there! Everyone should be able to come and experience The Salish Lodge & Spa at least once in their life - us, possibly twice as we did not have the chance to see or enjoy the spa! Well Done and Bravo!!
Very unique place to visit and bring out of town visitors. A bit pricey in the restaurant, but considering the location - is a very nice experience. Snoqualmie Falls aren't to be missed.
Great room and restaurant. Perfect for a weekend get a way
Wow! After working up an appetite walking the trails and witnessing the breath taking views. We went to lunch and was very pleased. The steelhead was simply amazing!
If I could give higher then a 5 start rating I would! From booking over the phone until the moment I left, expectations were exceeded. The booking agent answered everyone of my questions and helped me plan my trip in the most cost effective way I could. Check in was easy and the staff there is very friendly and helpful. We stayed on the 4th floor and had access to club 268 which was worth it. Our room was very clean and nicely renovated. They even set up texts to send us updates. One of us had to get up at 5am to leave for work and they actually texted us asking if they wanted us to have them deliver breakfast to our room or have a ready to go breakfast waiting for her departure. I've never had high class service like this before. We ordered room service for dinner and it came in a timely manner and very professional. It was hands down the best steak I have ever had. The Spa area is very nice as well and has a little tea bar where you can choose and make your own tea along with nuts and small snacks. It's very peaceful and relaxing. The massage was out of this world and usually I feel rushed when I get a massage but the 50 minutes felt like 1.5 hours. I have zero complaints about any part of our trip! We live local and will definitely be back very soon!
Had dinner and drinks in the attic. Drinks were great, crab mac and cheese is amazing.
Beautiful falls and rooms. Everyone we were with loved the fireplace and netted tub in each room. We have visited before and will visit again.
Peaceful & cool place accessible for all diverse people of the world.
Great view. Nice lodge and a short drive to the casino.
With an amazing location and friendly staff, Salish Lodge is a great place for a weekend getaway. I had the pleasure of celebrating my anniversary there, and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable (I absolutely loved the shower). I also can't speak highly enough about the food at the restaurant.
All-in-all a wonderful lodge with the best staff in the area. I would highly recommend this place.
Will reserve what I am certain will be fifth star for when we actually stay here. The dining experience alone warrants four...
We did not stay there. We parked and went to the falls.
Besides having stunning views of the falls, the rooms were very nice(5+ stars). The staff were amazing. Free Valet parking for guest of the lodge. Overall, probably the best place to visit the Seattle area, without driving over a hour to get there. Dining kinda of expensive, but then again, no where else, would you get that type of setting. Only live once, type of experience.
The lodge is in such a beautiful setting. We loved every minute!
We had our mini-moon here for a little getaway and it was so relaxing and beautiful here. There are a couple of restaurants right inside and they are both delicious. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, they surprised us with a bottle of champagne when we came back from dinner. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice weekend getaway.
Amazing hotel and wonderful brunch. As a Twin Peaks fan I m in heaven here.
The massage was one of the best I have ever had. And brunch afterwards was beautiful next to the falls.
One of my favorite places to eat, the food is absolutely fantastic and the view is just as good.
Ate at the restaurant. Nice view, and the food is decent, but it's hard to justify the food at those prices.
Good food. Wonderful view. Lots of parking. Courteous staff.
Beautiful location but they were not enforcing masks or the no smoking policy.
The hotel is beautiful and the spa is great! To say the restaurant is delicious is not enough. It also boasts some of the best views of the snowqualamie falls and the food is amazing. DO NOT settle for being seated in the attic. The attic smells bad and is not the same experience at all! Make sure you try the honey and it goes great on their famous biscuits. The honey is actually made on-site at the hives across the street from the falls.
Quite underwhelmed by my hand and foot massage at the Salish Spa. My technician seemed largely inexperienced and was not hitting accupressure points correctly. Automatically added 20% gratuity mentioned at checkout is also unwelcoming. Most sophisticated spas provide you with an envelope and notecard to leave your cash tip or tip amount to add to credit card. They don't say "well 20 percent gratuity is included, would you like to adjust that?" In front of other paying customers. Just not the most welcoming way to ask for honest feedback.
A very pleasant place, with a romantic, luxurious, modern atmosphere that uses nature in its favor.
Unique peaceful spot with rumbling waterfall and interesting power station history and artifacts.
Thats just thee outside haven't actually been there.
Stayed here on vacation a couple of nights had a great massage at the spa and a great breakfast in The Dinning Room. Very clean rooms and Valet was very helpful. Would have been 5 stars but our lunch at The Attic was pretty bad.
A unique experience, u should try for urself u wont regret it, assured
One of my favorite places to stay the staff is beyond friendly.
Beautiful Pacific Northwest hotel. My husband and I were married here and we couldn't have been happier with everything! The Salish Lodge will always have a special place in my heart.
Amazing views of Snoqualmie Falls plus the best place for a romantic getaway!
Phenomenal. Above expectations. From the room to the food. I was allowed to check in two hours early. Very comfortable bed, fireplace, fantastic tub. 10 stars plus. I won't stay anywhere else when I want to get away.
The lodge and surrounding views are breathtakingly beautiful. I highly recommend hiking the nearby trail down to the falls. Both restaurants were good. The pizza served in the Attic was a delicious thin crust pizza and the cherry pie was one of the best I've ever had. One thing to note, the pie is baked fresh to order, so give yourself a little extra time (roughly ten minutes to bake). However, is definitely worth the wait! The Salish Classic in the main dining room was good, and filling. Our first day we ordered the multi-course breakfast for two with mimosas. The whole meal took about two hours, but it worked out for us because we were waiting for a heavy fog to lift. The courses in order were pastries (a chocolate chip muffin, a blueberry scone, and a blueberry crumb cake), pancakes served with a cute (and delicious) small mason jar of seasonal fruit, oatmeal, and it finishes with what you get on the Salish Classic - 3 eggs (cooked to your liking), one piece of bacon, one sausage link, one small ham steak,a biscuit, and potatoes (simply cut and seasoned). If you like, you can get your biscuit with "honey from heaven," which is where the server will drizzle honey on the biscuit from high above your plate. It's pretty interesting to see and apparently started as a way to represent the falls. Coffee comes with an amazing set up of cream in a little pitcher with four little ramekins of vanilla whipped cream, chocolate shavings, raw sugar, and regular granulated sugar. It was a nice experience. We had a riverview king room and weren't disappointed. The view was striking, with the beginning of the falls on one side of our window and the mountains on the other (room 422). The room also had a nice wood burning fireplace and the nicest bathroom I've ever seen. The price is rather steep, but I sincerely enjoyed my stay there and would love to go back one day.
Attended an event in a banquet room. Service was very attentive. View, superb.
We had a really nice time for my birthday.
We felt a little out of place, it's pretty swanky! But family gave us a gift certificate that covered our room. The room was awesome, and the shower was amazing!
We did have an issue at check out. This certificate was many years old. It says right on it expires after a year. So they had called two years ago to see if they would honor it....they said yes then.
Never ended up using it (idk why!) So they called the week of our trip, to make sure it would be honored still. Got the name of the person that okayed it + date/time of phone call...
When we arrived, I talked to the lady, told her the deal and gave her the certificate. She checked us in and that was that. We only stayed one night.
We go to check out and they hand us the bill. I told them we have a gift certificate, whoever checked us in had kept it. She was like uhhh. Okay...with some attitude? Found it and came back out w/ the manager. This girls eye/facial expressions (through her mask even) were loud and clear about what she thought of this situation.
I told the manager the details and he agreed to "cover it this time" and not "reissue the left over amount" (which we werent expecting anyway...it was $25)
I was extremely embarrased. A line of people behind us, and it felt like we were being treated as if we were just trying to get out of paying for our room.
I cant believe staff would okay something like that twice w/out management approval...? In the end it worked out, but still uncomfortable.
The river was high, and the falls were SPECTACULAR!
My husband and I stayed here for one day in early September for a quick stop on our honeymoon. We purchased a $200 food credit and quickly realized that we would not use it all in the attic so we asked our server if we could include some of that money towards a tip, he asked his manager and they told us yes so we left $30. Upon check our we were then told that we were only getting $70 of our deposit as $30 was taken out for that tip. We would not have left a $30 tip one a $50 tab if we had known it was not allowed, we asked if it was allowed and we were told yes by the server and the manager. When we told the front desk the situation they were not very nice about it and told us that we were told tips were not allowed, which of course we weren't but we were in a hurry so we did not feel like arguing over $30. Overall not a very good experience for the amount of money we paid for one night I expected WAY better customer service.
It's beautiful and the falls are an awesome backdrop!
Terribly inhospitable and over priced. After paying four hundred dollars for a night, prepare for a super late 3 pm check-in if you don't want to spend an extra hundred dollars for chips, soda, and spa access from the super salesy front desk. Meanwhile, there are tons of vacancies online and fast service for the folks willing to shell out. If you want actual four star service and amenities, just head further into the city into beautiful Bellevue, Kirkland, etc.
That being said, downtown Snoqualmie is great to visit, especially for Twin Peaks fans. Overall, good scenic spot to visit and take photos, but don't fall into the money pit.
Meh. It's been years since I've been here. Remember it being more of a family place. If you like paying 30 bucks for a plate of eggs, sausage and potatoes with coffee then this is your place. I'd rather go to Black Diamond Bakery, better food and prices.
Beautiful and awe inspiring falls. Absolutely stunning views and fall colors. Photos cannot do it justice.
This is a amazing hotel if you want to treat yourself. This romantic hotel overlooks the beautiful & picturesque Snoquanomie Falls. It's only about 30 minutes from Seattle. So next time you are in Seattle, do yourself a favor and go to Salish Lodge. Even if you can't stay there, just go to breakfast there. They have an amazing table that overlooks the Falls. It's perfect for a special occasion like an anniversary or birthday. Also you can stroll around the grounds and take pictures of the falls.
Just ate in the dining hall. High class with great view.
My husband suprised me for our anniversary! It was just lovely and checking in a breeze, I was so excited! Our thing is the whirlpool tubs, kinda a tradition for us and he found us one! So we settled in and headed to the attic, which was great. After dinner we headed back to our room and opened the bottle of wine that came with our doc pepper romance package. I began running us a bath(I clean it EVERYTIME, even at home). This is when it all went wrong. Ran the water and added the white salts they supplied, we get In. Finally relaxation complete! I turn on the jets (you can't reach from outside of the tub easily). We have the lights dimmed, our wine and it's fabulous. That's when I noticed it, there were black (WHO KNOWS WHAT) floating all over and I mean EVERYWHERE. I jump out and turn the lights up. I had wiped out the tub THOROUGHLY before running the water. It all came from in side the jets. Needless to say, experience completey ruined and I felt disgusting. The shower water pressure was awful, and i couldn't get clean. It was disgusting, by far the most disturbing thing I have submerged my body into. I was upset, and went to talk to front desk. I had videos! They brought us a bottle of champagne and paid for breakfast, but honestly for the price we paid for the room it was not at all compensation, our romantic evening was killed. We have vacationed with these tubs and never had a problem, even at less than 4 star hotels. I will be VERY careful before ever using one again, if I ever do. Both restaurants were excellent.
I did not stay at the lodge, I was just a visitor but the staff was very helpful and friendly. Lori in the gift shop was so great with my daughter and I!
Amazing all the way except for the house cleaner who likes to steal bracelets... Even though it was inexpensive it was missing after she left. She took it off the nightstand when cleaning the bedroom when we were in the next room!
We love visiting the waterfall, it's free and fantastic. My wife spent an afternoon in the spa, it was clean and friendly, very worth admission.
The bed was very used. Overpriced for the quality of food.
Can't afford to stay here. The restaurant is very good. Over priced, but aren't all high brow places that way. The food was excellent.
Asked my wife to marry me here, pro tip: jump the fence for a great shot.
the staff are incredible. friendly and kind. the attic restaurant is SO GOOD! it's rare to find a place that does fancy sodas for non-drinkers.
Wonderful place for day spa (didn't stay @lodge). Arrived last Monday @ 730a before spa opened and took my time to hike around upper and lower Snoqualmie Falls taking in all the Bloom and views. Put me in a perfect mindset for a relaxing day.
Had scheduled a 4-treatment package which was amazing. 10a signature massage with Charles - he is extremely experienced and talented. It felt like myofacial release, lymphatic massage and muscle rejuvenation all in one! Then I was in Ingelisa's kind capable hands for 11a signature facial. In my 30 min break I soaked in the thermo pools sipping an included berry smoothie.
Ingelisa then collected me for 1230 oat and honey body scrub followed immediately by hand and foot pampering treatment of additional massage and paraphin dip.
I could have spent 2 more hours relaxing in the sauna / pool area (which brings in the natural design materials of rock and water from the falls below - check out pics on their website).
However, I didn't want to disturb effects of my skin treatments. So I got cleaned up (women's locker room has all spa amenities you would expect), and headed up to the Attic pub for a snack. Spent remaining time @ window table gazing over the falls, and my husband and friends joined me for an early dinner (they spent the day @dirtfish rally school). Best day of my vacation!!!
It was beautiful. You have to visit their apiary then head to the Snoqualmie Falls.
Haven't stayed here, only went for brunch. Expensive and touristy, but fun.
Obviously the Falls is the big attraction. That and the twin peaks connection.
Ate breakfast in the dining room. Great view of the falls. Split the enormous country breakfast. Everything was delicious.
We visited the falls overlooks, which were beautiful. The lodge looks nice too!
Plenty of parking, no crowds if you go early. Fog kinda sucked but didn't ruin the experience.
The Attic is excellent! Rooms and views are amazing. The Spa has some serious front desk and technician scheduling issues which are purely common sense that must be addressed. A spa should be a highlight. Otherwise this place would be 5star.
