This workshop was a great blend of content instruction and participation, with takeaways to help ensure that the information can be applied to sales coaching when we return to our teams. Colleen's delivery is authentic and engaging, and she cuts through the static to make it stick and to apply theory to real situations.

I learned so much about myself as a sales professional and about sales as a whole during this training. I am positive that it will have a huge impact on my career both in the immediate future and in years to come. Michael and Colleen are very knowledgeable figures and I am very grateful to have met them and participated in their course. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to make sales their career. I have worked with SalesLeadership for the last 7+ years. Colleen Stanley has played an instrumental role in the development of my Sales Team as well as my personal career development. My Team all exceeded quota for 4 years running while working with SalesLeadership. Colleen does not just talk theory. She has truly walked the walk as a sales producer and a sales leader. I highly recommend SalesLeadership and I would personally speak to anyone interested in hiring her firm. She is the real deal.

My preconstruction manager and I attended Sales EQ Bootcamp in an effort to end "chase mode", reduce practice proposals, and close more opportunities (lose less). Michael was an amazing trainer and in the first week following the training, I am already starting to see results. Colleen and her company do an amazing job and I would recommend them for all of their areas of expertise!

We are continuing to work on our goals and things are going well with the team in general. They have had continued success with implementing strategies from our training sessions and we hit our first quarter goal! I can t express how impressed I am with Colleen and her staff at SalesLeadership, Inc. Colleen did a virtual negotiation training seminar with our team of 300 agents and brokers. She also spoke at our National Land Summit which is a conference we hold every year. Her sales training on empathy and emotional intelligence is top notch! You will not be disappointed by what her and her team brings to the table!

I went to the Sales Leadership training as an Internet Marketing Consultant and I couldn't recommend it more. It was great getting sales training and leadership for a non-prospect hunting role. They were able to train and guide me with my current role, as the training was custom to what you do. Thanks for all the help team and I look forward to continuing this training!

Phenomenal experience. The training and developmen...

Phenomenal experience. The training and development in emotional intelligence has truly been a game changer for me personally. I've gone from the sales person who's unsure about what steps to take in selling situations to being confident about how to effectively lead a meeting.

The biggest part of that transition is understanding what's going on between my ears. That is, understanding the dynamics and role of certain key emotions to how they contribute to sales mediocrity or success. After a year of training, I've made progress in leaps and bounds in many areas. I'm most proud of my burgeoning ability to open up sales conversations on cold-calls and first introductions. Closing in-bound leads has become much easier as well once I understood how to apply a sales process and the purpose of every step.

Lastly, I'm an unabashed fan of the Staff of SalesLeadership. Colleen, Gail and Michael are world class Sales Experts, that's clear. But their ability and willingness to help and develop students is unparalleled in my experience. So, the 'customer' in me also really appreciates their individual contributions to my success. I would recommend the Ei Sales Training to anyone looking to get ahead.

I had the opportunity to take part in the 2 day sales "boot camp" last week and it truly was exceptional! From the location, office and staff down to the content it was all top-notch. I'd highly recommend this to anyone in the Sales/Marketing realm as it really will give you a new perspective on approaching sales.

I have been through Colleen's 2-day public boot camp, her half-day sales management event, and have hired her to build a year-long sales training program for my company. Our annual sales record (after almost 25 years in business) before we hired her was $5M... our annual sales the first year we worked with Colleen was $20M! Those numbers speak for themselves.
