Buildings are slum. Supers don't speak English and are very rude hang up on u when u need their assistance then when u call back to have your question addressed they will not answer the phone. Management does not care because they are slumlords too. Every building full of cockroaches, crackheads and vermin. Stay away

Worst management company ever, my building is full of pests. No customer service I have to complain to both the City and Toronto and the Tenant Board. My building Manager Elly Estomata is the worst.
We were contracted to do work in the amount of 5800 and they refused to pay. I give this company a zero star rating. If you are a contractor about to do work for this company run the other way.
They bought some buildings in Vancouver area, trying to rip off people. as soon as they bought the building they increased the rent from about a $1000 to almost $1600. unbelievable.they are here to suck people's blood.
Update July 25, 2017; They increased the price for the laundry , Washer and dryer about $3 each, at the same time they reduced the heat for the dryer, now one cycle will not dry the clothes. Fuxkin Vampires
this is the worst people to rent from the building 750 morningside is full of cockroaches and bedbugs that they wont tell you about before you move in and lose all your stuff and i hope you like take out as the bugs like over your food the handy man picks his nose and rubs the elevator buttons and his order stays longer than him metcap living is hell

I believe I may have created a new species of cockroach living in a building. The first ones were killed by wd40, which was all that I had on hand my first night there. After a few months they just swam in the wd40 and kept on going. May humanity forgive this new accidental creation. This reminds me of project firestart.
i live on King St E Apt in Oshawa i like the location ,but i don't feel safe because there is a tenet smoking in the hallway and i did tell the supers and wrote a letter at head office . with no avail .I live on the second floor apartment and this tenet also lives on the second floor . if there is a fire i have to jump off my second floor apartment on to a car or the parking lot that would make of a bad day . There are children in the building i think of their safety
1501 Woodbine Ave. on 13 April. They brought in new management. There absolutely. Completely non-professional. The new Office staff the one young lady think she superior then the people living here. Mid-cap was doing so well. With those Filipino people running the show. Absolutely no one wants to deal with the office

Worst Management Company EVER - I have never seen such incompetence in my life. They pretend they're making improvements to the building but a coat of paint doesn't fix faulty elevators, cockroaches, mice, and substandard "repairs" to individual units. And God help you if you have a problem and need to get in touch with someone. Not one person answers a phone. The people in the office can't speak or understand english and are rarely there. I just got a notice of possible eviction because they lost my cheque. When I went downstairs to find out what was going on, I was met with 7 other people who had the same issue. We were there around 3:15 pm and the note on the office door said "gone for lunch until 4pm" They close the office at 5 pm. And the 7 people doesn't include the people who still haven't made it home from work. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT move into a building managed by this company.
