A great experience, but food and beverage prices are too high! Great seats about 4 rows up on third base line. Too bad the Volcanos lost, but they're leading the league now!!!

It was okay. The food was overpriced & you can't bring in your own food and drink. You can't tailgate in the parking lot either. I am pretty sure I remember doing both at a Dodger game in LA a few years ago. The stadium was only 1/2 filled and they ran out of hotdogs before the 4th inning was over. I guess you could chalk it up to beginning of season bugs to work out, or blame it on focus on profits over promoting positive experiences of the sport. They did shoot a dozen or so tshirts into the crowd from the roof of the main building, but some of those dropped into the boxed suites....
I love the stadium design, & people who work there are fun & friendly!
Nice stadium to watch a game! Small crowds great seats available.
Great ballpark, not so great marketing, place is always empty
Nice place to view a game. Can get real close to the players, particularly in the bullpen. Concessions had extremely long lines and were very slow. Teriyaki noodles were horrible.
Great people and small town experience. Stadium is pretty nice and it's clean. Food and drink are same cost as any ballpark or concert you go to.
I love live games of just about any kind of sports event. My parents had tickets for many years before my dad passed, and they were big fans and supporters of the team coming to the area. My boss now has regular tickets, and I love when I get the chance to go to a game and take friends or family. :) The fireworks shows during the summertime are fun, the giveaways can be interesting too, and I love how they reach out to the community and families for special events! I hope to be able to get season tickets of my own someday!
We spent half the time yelling at the inept umpires. The level of baseball isn't that great, so find your fun where you can. And it is fun.
The baseball game was great, I bought tickets on Groupon and we got a free hat with each ticket. We also got to choose our seats and they were right behind the umpire.
We got stuck sitting next to the most obnoxiously rude family with more kids than anyone has a right to. This ruined what could have been a perfect experience. Nothing against the stadium though. I would go to a game again.
Seats are reasonably priced (though they have lots of fees per ticket which does raise the price a lot), food is good enough (though also really expensive), but it s a great stadium and great baseball.
First time here; was a beautiful place and now I'd like to go to a game there.
We as a family love to watch and support our Valcanoes, fun for the entire family.
The fireworks display at the end of Friday night home games is fantastic! Fun time for both kids and adults. This ballpark was one of the things that drew our family to Salem. It almost always gets chilly in the park once the sun goes down, so be sure to bring a jacket. The only thing I wish they had here were better dining options, but the food isn't bad.
Great family baseball. Well run .The food venders aren't what they used to be tho.
You need to keep the concession stand open longer. Also make sure you don't run out of food.
Fun family atmosphere and a good class A farm team to watch.
Nice venue and decent food. Fun for the whole family. Fireworks are spectacular!
Love some baseball! This place could use a little help. High priced food and mascot needs an update.
Stadium is fairly old but still a good place to watch a game. Better food options than the Hops stadium in Hillsboro.
It's a fun place to spend an evening with the family. It's not crowded so it's easy to get good seats.
Baseball, beer, and their Supreme nacho is amazing! Cant ask for much better
We had a great time and the 4th of July fireworks were the best I have ever seen!
I drove through this parking lot while waiting in line for the In-N-Out drive thru. 9/10 would wait here again.
Always cool to have a local baseball stadium in your town.
It was a nice facility, didn't know it was the SF Giants minor league field. Hope there's a game there soon so I can see up and coming future MLB players
Went to use the batting cages, great facilities. You can even get coaching must schedule with staff at facility.
Clean stadium, ample seating and parking, affordable family summer fun. Lots of food and treat options.
My mom waited in line for 30+ minutes, missing three innings, to get this $3 "street taco."
Fun evening with a family atmosphere. Food and drink reasonable prices.
nice venue for an outdoors celebration of life service!!
Family loves going here. Tons of fun and fantastic atmosphere. We love Crater!! Lol
Went for RV Poluzza, got to see many motor homes. FREE lunch was BBQ pulled pork. Good event.
We love taking our kids here for summer games and fireworks
This is America's sport played at a high level for very little cost and with an enthusiastic crowd. If you love baseball, and you want really comfortable seats, this is the place for you. A very short drive from Portland, vs. Going 3 hours to Seattle and paying a fortune to watch a major league game. Plus you have the advantage of being able to say you saw a major league star when they began their career!
It was a great game the people who ran it where very nice.
Had a beautiful memorial for Russell C. Smith today. Great to see the impact this courageous man had on such a diverse and wonderful family! His wonderful memories will live on in all of his family and friends! Rest in peace Russell Smith you earned it! Love to all your family and friends in this time of remberance of your passing!
Went to the ball park several times last year and accessed the Volcanoes official website to buy Tix. The 'base' price of a first base lower seat is $20. Then the addons and extras hit. Same day purchase is $2 extra but $4 extra per ticket showed on the credit list. Service fee was another $2-$6 and mailing was another couple bucks even though the same day purchase should have eliminated that option. The Print Today option added another couple bucks! All told fees added $12 to each ticket. Didn't see a Will Call option. Add the price of food on to the entrance fee and a couple is looking at $100 bucks to watch HS guys from the Caribbean and US college guys.
Money is not an issue for me attending events but we all have choices where to spend our entertainment dollars and I won't pay to reinforce a bad business model.
The Volcanoes are a short season Class A team. One or two players on the roster might actually make the majors in a few years. They are not the Seattle Mariners or the San Francisco Giants. They are not even the Las Vegas Aviators, a AAA team whose players are one step away from major league baseball and could be called up at any time. I attended a game in Summerlin earlier in the year, where their games are almost always sold out in a 10,000 seat brand new stadium, and paid $24 a seat.
Great place to watch a Minor League baseball game. The stadium isn't that packed most of the time when I go there and one thing I would recommend is to put caps and straws on soda drinks. Other than that I enjoy watching baseball here during the summer.
Fantastic Fireworks Display tonite! Thanks to Les Schwab Tires and The Volcanoes
