Went in to sell some movies. I stood in line waited for my turn and the guy behind counter asked me if i had a question ..i said no i was there to sell some movies. He then told me i had to wait while he helped everyone else behind me . I asked him if everyone buying things were more important than everyone selling things. He and the chic behind the counter tell me yes. i said are you kidding me. The chic then tells me you have to make money to spend money. Very horrible customer service. I sell movies to these guys all the time and i have never heard of this so called store policy. The guys name is rudy. And boy was he very rude. I didnt get the chics name but she was rude as well. Looks like I'll be keeping my movies and i will no longer shop here either.
