Very good restaurant. We have been driving by this restaurant while staying in Newport News for a few months. Tonight we decided to try Saisaki out for Dinner. We are so glade we did, everyone enjoyed there meals. Very clean, excellent food, service was wonderful. All the staff was extremely efficient and friendly. Prices are very reasonable and fair. I highly recommend you to try this restaurant if you haven't.

Service was quick and the food was reasonably priced. I had a sushi roll that was plated beautifully and the fish was so fresh it just melted in my mouth. We both had the house soup and it was hot and flavorful and loaded with fish, scallops, shrimp and crab all cooked to perfection. We also got desserts to take back to the room. I can't wait to go back so I can try other items on the menu.

This is the best sushi in town. It is so fresh and perfectly made. We cannot get enough of this place. The give lunch prices until 3 even on Saturday and Sunday. You can get 3 rolls with miso soup & carrot ginger salad. We normally do 3 sets of these plus a lunch sesame chicken with steamed rice to feed our family of 5. Our favorite sushi rolls are: California, spicy salmon, spicy shrimp, tempura salmon, avocado and dragon. The dragon roll comes with a flame lit on the plate. Definitely an experience!

Food was pretty good and atmosphere was pleasant. Service was atrocious. It appears all their attention was focused on to go orders, and the table diners were left waiting by a harried wait staff. The place has promise and I hope they can figure out the service aspect of their business.

I think it's the best sushi in the Yorktown/Newport News area. Always fresh fish & tasty rolls here, unlike a lot of the other places nearby that drown mediocre quality fish in spicy Mayo and cream cheese. They always get my order right, and their pad Thai is also very good. I highly recommend this place

As a very critical person I can honestly say this place was pretty good. Sushi was fresh and delivered quickly. The cucumber sticks in the seaweed salad was a nice touch I've never seen before. Dynamite roll was great. Naruto roll was different. It didn't use rice but rolled in cucumber which over powered the sushi too much. Still a healthy option if you don't want rice. Keep your fork just in case for that one.

I absolutely can't stress how delicious this food is at this restaurant. It is hibachi food but they don't cook in front of you. The food has always came out fresh and hot and always has a wonderful flavor. I love their hibachi steak, Lo Mein, and egg rolls. The restaurant is a little hidden, but inside is very modern and stylish, and they play good music

2 stars based off the bad service - my experience was okay here. The food is very good here, and reasonably priced. The service is not good. Took over 2 hours on a busy night to get the to go food. It s understandable to have a busy night but an hour past the 1 hour pickup time is not going to cut it. However as I said the food was good once we finally got it.

The food I ordered was tasty: yellow curry and scallion pancakes. My disappointment is that I placed my to-go order via their website but it was ready in 35 minutes. The website indicated that it would be ready in 20 minutes. The joint was a crowded Saturday night. I'll order their food again but probably not during a peak demand time.
