Purchasing a birth certificate here was fast and easy. However differences over obtaining a copy, and price, while printers were accessible, visibly, has me upset and unhappy with customer service. I feel the customer service aspect of this business is lacking. I expect a little bit more help/assistance from a public establishment. My visit here was burdensome and inconvenient, but that was my experience.
I was very dismayed that you shut down the neighborhood lunch lady. This was a community effort which brought the neighborhood together. Each of us that participated only paid for the cost of the food. There was no profit. Individuals on fixed income could get a meal just for the cost of the food. It improved people who lived and worked alone diets and mental health. The lunch lady herself was very depressed and this brought her out of depression. I have no clue why you would have to have a license for this. If neighbors share food do we need a license. It seems to me in this time of COVID and lack of inspectors and inspections with for profit kitchens that this is mean spirited. I imagine you received a complaint from someone with negative intentions. This type of activity is going on all over the metro area. Are you going to shut them all down?
We came here to file for a marriage license and there was an almost hour long wait. In the end they had to mail it to us. We received it in the mail and there was a typing error, so we had to mail it back to get it fixed. After the wedding we sent in the signed certificate and ANOTHER TYPING ERROR. Everything on our end was printed neatly and easily readable. Proof read your documents!! Not worth coming here - go to literally any other county to file your marriage documents!
The staff was so kind and informative to every person including my self. A true example of agency in service of the people. Thank you.
Covid-19 check-in tried to make me mask my 12 month old baby. When I pointed out it is considered unsafe, the lady responded it's recomended over 8 months!! By who? Not the CDC. Not the WHO.
I came in about 10 minutes before they were supposed to close because I needed a notarized copy of my court documents. I had lost the ones I had paid for already. The woman that helped me handed me my documents in about 4 minutes and didn't make me pay to replace them since I had already paid once. She was also a wonderful conversationalist. 5 stars for sure!
I was extremely happy to get the service done in less than 15 min.
My mum took me here a long time ago and I'm looking to see if they still offer free testing services.
I was just here to file a ministry certification. Roughly 9:45 am on 11/28/17. The woman working the vital records counter was extremely short and rude. Why am I being punished for her being an unhappy person? Unacceptable conduct for a business professional let alone a government employee. Shame on her. A woman next to me said she saw her eating in the back area. There were 3 customers waiting and she is having a snack? Maybe she has diabetes or some medical excuse...
At the end I asked if the record would be mailed to me. She said I was all set and that was it. Nothing else, no response to my question.
The young women at the information desk were very friendly however, so thank you to them.
The representative named "Jeannette," do not know her last name was very disrespectful towards me. I asked her a simple question and she responded very rudely, she hung up in my face and was very unprofessional. I will be contacting the supervisor to inform him/her on how I was treated and how I was not satisfied by my services.
There's a decent amount of parking in the lot if you get there early (not too early, but by 11 it was pretty full). Staff was friendly, informative and quick. Make sure you bring cash or a check, they don't accept cards. As soon as you get there grab a number and fill out your application before you're called so you don't hold up the line.
