I am Vietnamese and their Pho is really GOOD! The broth is very flavorful and the rare beef is very tender. Good meatballs too. I thought it was pretty cool that they pour the broth right there at the table for you. Overall, good food and service.

Between two visits I am already in love with this place and hope it's here to stay. The atmosphere is a little upscale but still casual. The staff are very friendly and provide just the right level of service without being intruding. The food is on point: flavorful, filling and reasonably priced. My friends and I have tried a number of their dishes across the menu and were satisfied with each. They have an amazing happy hour special, discounting the food as long as you get one drink per person. Lots to love about this place so I highly recommend you stop by for lunch or dinner!

The pho broth was surprisingly flavorful. The vegan broth less so but not bad. The beyond hamburger in the vegan pho was a bit weird, but I liked the mushrooms and bok choy. The Thai tea was good, not too sweet. The sugarcane shrimp was good, but I didn't like having to eat around the sugarcane like corn on the cob. It was much more enjoyable after talking it off the cane. Overall, a pretty good Vietnamese place with a nice atmosphere.

Great food, drinks, atmosphere and service. This place gets busy during the evening so expect to wait before getting seated. We ordered the pho, chicken rice plate, taco appetizer and fried squid and all were delicious. The pho broth lacks the traditional flavors you would find at a typical Vietnamese restaurant but rather this pho has a more 'clean' taste like a diluted version of the traditional pho. The chicken rice plate was delicious, large serving size and great flavors. Appetizers were decent nothing special, I recommend getting them during happy hour.

Vietnamese restaurant that brings the feel of a night market to a trendy atmosphere. With swanky cocktails and tasty beers on tap the delicious food is in great culinary company. Happy hour provides great deals, but is always packed. Be sure to arrive early!

Saigon Alley Kitchen + Bar is exactly what you hope it to be. They ve done an incredible job of capturing authenticity. Prime location, very utilitarian venue, front patio and rear building are available for outdoor seating.

Order: Hanoi Pho, Beef Skewers, Banh Mi, and soft shell crab.

We happened upon this restaurant while they were having a soft opening. They were very welcoming and the restaurant was very nice.

Cary was our waiter, and he was very helpful answering my questions about the food (I'm more of a meat & potatoes kind of guy). I ordered the combination rice plate, and my wife ordered the Saigon Alley pho.

When my dinner arrived, it had a beef skewer, a chicken skewer, shrimp, chicken egg roll, as well as lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and pickled carrots.

The beef was nice, but the shrimp & chicken were amazing! Delicious! I was amazed with the flavor of the chicken; there was kind of a high note that made it sing.

Although I don't like pickled foods, the pickled carrots were lightly pickled. I enjoyed nibbling on them & would have them in the future.

The pho came with a pot of hot broth that Cary poured over the bowl of ingredients. I had a taste, and loved it.

Very glad we happened upon this restaurant and we will definitely be returning. Saigon Alley Kitchen & Bar is definitely our new favorite restaurant.

Very friendly staff, but the broth of pho is sadly blank and one denominational. Meat flavor is certainly there, but lacks everything else like fish sauce, star anies, charred ginger and onion, cinnamon, clove. ..., etc. Garnishes don't include basil. With all the garnishes + Sriracha, it is barely enjoyable. :(

Just wow, wow, WOW! Everything was amazing - food, quality, price, experience, and service! We went a bit crazy with ordering and loved every single thing. Their cocktails are also very good and there are great happy hour deals! Dine-in recently opened and the service and precautions were great. We sat in an isolated area, all employees wearing masks and were diligent about minimizing contact. Another diner went and used the server water station and the server immediately went and sanitized it. Heads up they have their menu online and are not offering physical menus at this time. You can also pay by scanning a QR code on the receipt. Great experience and food - will definitely be back!

Modern and contemporary restaurant. Service was excellent here. Our servers were quick, attentive, and courteous. Saigon Alley's take on American and Vietnamese fusion is amazing and new. My Pho was good, it wasn't the best but it's good. The meat was tender and amazing. The broth is alright. The Billy Banh Mi was delicious! I would come back just for that! Overall, be prepared taste a real fusion of two cultures with different takes on a variety of dishes. I highly recommend trying out this place. A very solid 4 out 5 stars.
