The Kenilworth language institute is first of all very nice for its location and then for the people Who frequent high recommended English courses and for its teacher of course. It has been one of my best expiernce of my life,Thank you guys

2 stars because the teachers were very good with me and I had good lessons and the school is on a well place in Dublin.
0 star for the staff (emergency and administrative departments). Due to them and their lies I spent hard day during my last day in Dublin. Indeed I asked for a taxi to the receptionnist for 9.30 a.m but she advised me 8.30 a.m so I followed her piece of advice. I was waiting in the cold outside my hotel hoping the taxi which didn't come, so I called the emergency department and told me to wait that it will come, a 2nd call to tell me that a taxi will pick me pup around 9.30 a.m.
A taxi came, I gave my name to be sure that it is for me, he said me yes that he knows he is late and he is sorry of that.Once arrived to the airport he asked me to pay whereas it is normally included in y pack. Effectively, he confused me with another student. So I called again the emergency department which told me to pay and to have a receipt for being reimbursed.
Once arrived in France, I contacted EC Dublin for the reimbursement they said no and that it is my fault!
Seriously do you think it is all my fault? Waiting 1 hour in cold for nothing. I would be able to take the bus for the airport if I knew that you didn't do your job (they don't assume they forgot to book the taxi)! you didn't offer the half of the taxi's note!
You have any sense of service!

The teachers were friendly, but the lessons sometimes boring and not very productive when it comes to learning a language. The decor is rather minimalist, but the location in the city is very good.
Kenilworth Institute's people are the best, it has been one of the most beautiful experience of my life.
The receptionist (not Irish Native) is a bit rude, and I felt not really helpful. If I had done this, I would probably have lost my job.
It was a wonderful experience, probably the best one I lived.
