My dad has been there for that past 6 months and I have no complaints. The staff is caring and attentive. Great cost for a great service for your elderly loved one. Thank you!!

I have to admit that a majority of the staff are wonderful. However, it s mostly the business side that makes the whole process frustrating. I never get a response to messages or emails. Except for Esmerelda (she s amazing at her job)
The only response I seem to get is we ll look into it and get back to you. It s very frustrating to see your parent literally withering away and having to deal with worrying all the time does not help the situation. No matter who I reach out to, I just end up circling back to where I started.
Every time I ask who owned this place I m just told it s a board of directors. Never a number or email or information on how to contact anyone.
So frustrating.

When my mother became a resident, they were Charles County Nursing & Rehabilitation...she been there for 6 years. Everyone is family, right to the 3 receptionist. I can say with no hesitation that I love the care she receives daily. To this home... thank you for caring for my Mom. I visit at least twice a week and Mommy is always happy. Thank you.

My mother was transferred here after a truly terrible experience at complete care and the difference was like night and day. The nurses were attentive, helpful, and friendly. The visitation policy was reasonable. The food was good. The building is well maintained. The staff were always helpful in answering my questions. They really went the extra mile for us. There is a reason this place is so hard to get into. If you can manage it, this facility should be your first choice.

The nurses' attitude was atrocious. Also; when I walked in the hallway, it smelled very bad.

My friends mother is there now w/2broken hips etc. They have pads beneath her and when she uses bathroom,shes ignored for hours to lay in poo n pee. Were looking for better place now.No body should be treated like that.

My mom was a patient there for physical rehab. When we had to choose a facility for my mom, we were worried that we could not be with her the way we wanted to be because so many other facilities were horrible. When we toured Sagepoint, we were still hesitant, but decided to go with Sagepoint and it was a good decision. If other nursing homes could be like Sagepoint, the world would be a better place.

Excellent facility for Adult Day Care. My daughter with Down Syndrome, Autism and Pervasive Development Disorder who also had a heart condition attends and loves it! Professionally certified and trained staff. Well managed and no comparison to others nearby! Sage Point gets five stars from us! Spring Dell Adult Day Care was terrible. Poorly managed and poorly trained staff. Spring Dell gets ZERO stars and Sage Point gets FIVE STARS!
