I must say Sargent and there tech team are spot on a guy call Tim Sanderson sort out my swift command system in a new swift caravan recived the parts today installed myself in 10 mins now up and running Bluetooth now works fine thanks a lot Sargent keep up the good work you are a great company to deal with!

Had an issue with my caravan tracker. Was advised to check my van. Found van ok but leisure battery flat. James at technical support extremely helpful listened to my problem and advised that the black button on left of psu should have been in off position when storing van. Not advised at time of purchase. Just need to recharge my battery now.

What first class customer service. Had a technical enquiry and tech support were fantastic in helping me sort it out. Five stars all the way.

Terrible communication trying to get a refund on a cancelled policy AVOID at all costs do not answer phone calls or reply emails BEWARE

Most unhelpful lady I spoke to, verging on rude. Wanted help on getting a caravan key cut and remote fob as instructed by our dealer who said that could help. Well no help offers at all

After a recent Caravan Service, it was noted that the wiring for the Towing Cable and the connections into the Circuit Board in the van, were in need of' serious attention'. I have to say, after a couple of emails, swapping photos of the plethora of wires and connectors etc. One of their Parts Team member (Nigel), could not have been anymore helpful if he tried. He was patient about my inexperience with my dilemma, knowledgeable and even spotted an 'error', with two of the connectors from my photos that i sent him. He gave me clear and concise instructions on what to do to remedy the issue and Wallah!..all fixed. i highly recommend this company and if i ever have electrical problems with my van in the future, theirs, will be the first number i telephone. Phoned support as first time out since COVID (and after caravan service) the water pump system not working. The support both remotely and over the phone found my caravan had decided to call itself a Motorhome!! Sorted in seconds by very friendly and helpful staff. If only all companies worked this!! Disgusted by service. Unwilling to replace faulty item even though just a year old and their warranty in their booklet says two years warranty. Beware. Dan especially was most unhelpful. Can't believe Autotrail still use this company as obviously some items are not made to last and have a very short lifespan.

Excellent company to deal with, from 1st contact until issue sorted. Many companies could learn about customer service from Sargent. If you are reading this is because you have a technical fault and need some help. Call them and they will have you up and running in no time. Shame my dealer took 8 months and no fix, Sargent within days and fixed.
