So our school started using Sage, in an attempt to upgrade the quality of the food from cafeteria to high quality, but it was pretty much almost a complete downgrade. The food is always supposed to be really fancy, but the cooks either make it too salty or too bland, bland the majority of the time. They serve chicken every day, never well seasoned. The other day, we had potato slices that were 7 inches long, looked like they had a lot of pepper on them, but tasted like grass. It was somehow strangely crunchy and soggy at the same time. This feels exactly like what my fellow reviewer said. they said sage is like "The Hot Meals section at a ghetto 7-Eleven" or something along those lines. Anyway, most of the people at my school would definitely like to switch back to cafeteria food.
