Don't go there ... absolutely rude the sellers look at you from head to toe ... I went in overalls because on Saturday I go to the gym ... the seller treated me like a beggar liquidating me in 2 minutes making me notice that the prices of the cars ranged from 30,000 to 70,000 euros ... as if I couldn't afford it because I wasn't dressed like a joke ... well in the end I didn't even consider it and I bought a 60,000 euro Audi in another dealer .. .Sagam change the sellers ... whoever comes to see the Audi has the money even if he comes with the suit ...

The reception is always in a state of confusion and can make you lose whole mornings. After half an hour, by appointment, I have no idea when I can make the tire change booked and I am told to "wait for a moment". Slack. Do something.
Super efficient mechanics instead.
But such a reception is unacceptable.

a star is too much !!!! with their audi A1 second series spb 40 tfsi edition one km zero .... apart from the first surprise at the retreat, practically bodywork (roof, hood, front bumper, mirrors and miniskirt profiles to be repainted) they gave me the car in a bad condition !!! obviously I complained immediately but there was total closure and I had to wait 2 months ... in the meantime other problems have come out. window practically all scratched, that window had a sticker with the details of the car, and right mirror with the curb function that sometimes does not work ... I heard that being a zero km there may be some imperfections !!!! mah really to report !!! but the thing that angers me the most and that I was told that the car had the navigator and the connect for 3 years ... honestly I am a little ignorant about the new machines since they have become like mobile phones, I trusted the seller, but at the moment that I understood that I didn't have the ship I immediately made this present and you know the answer which was it ??? if you want give us 800 euros and we activate it !!!! after you took 37 thousand euros you want more money for the ships ??? shame on you!!!! ah I forgot, I also have a smartphone interface to use the car play that gives me problems .. answer ??? it's my phone! pity that I tried with 3 different iPhones !!!! they did not even deign to come against me or anyway make me feel satisfied with the purchase !!! rude sellers to the nth degree !!! only the reception girls are saved !!! Bought Tiguan new gas three years ago. On the way to get home I realize that the air conditioning system is faulty: an acrid, nauseating odor comes out of the vents, if the heating is switched on from some vents, hot air alternates, cold air, constant cold air on the driver's feet and passenger, even with all the vents closed.
I send complaints about complaints, a long ordeal of "guarantee" interventions. They do not solve anything, they try to make me believe that I am crazy and conclude by saying that everything is fine.
I ask that my Tiguan be compared with the car I tried before the purchase (without problems), they tell me that it is no longer available.
I make interventions to MY EXPENSES from the trusted mechanic (so to speak ...), but they are only buffer interventions: the system is a genuine sieve that makes the engine exhaust gases reach the passenger compartment. The climate control system sensors are malfunctioning. The (poor) components of the system are fixed by interlocking without protective tires, so, even with the vents closed, cold air arrives on the feet of the driver and passenger.
When my daughter refuses to get in the car because she gets a sore throat (finally) I decide, after two years of tribulations, to get rid of that terrible object, losing more than half of the purchase price. I also lost the money for unnecessary repairs.
I've lost so much time, so much patience and above all a lot of money.
Stay away as long as you can. Never again SAGAM. Never again VW.

P.S. If you have the money, time and patience that you are advancing, I suggest you dedicate yourself to doing good works and not keeping track of these individuals.

P.S. The scandal of rigged emissions doesn't surprise me at all.

Today I went in the center of Milan Fulvio texts and after asking for information at the reception, I was told to wait for the technician for an inspection of the problem of my car, I was also told to sit down that would arrive immediately, this at About 14.30, after waiting more than half an hour sitting I was told several times to be patient because it would arrive, I state that I do not like to argue or make a mess, but between a "sit down" and a "immediately arrives the technician" I waited about an hour and a half before being served by another technician, as the other was busy.
Now I honestly do not understand the method of working Audi after sales how it can work this way, because, to sell are all good, then when you need to be treated in this way.
I repeat, I'm not one that makes many stories or complaints, but after losing a whole afternoon I felt compelled to write these lines, and this to make the other Audi users understand that if they are in a hurry then the Milan branch. The Fulvio Testi is not for them. I certainly will never set foot again!

Responding to the seller I say that:
The acceptance that was made at 14.53 will certainly be truthful as after waiting half an hour sitting without news I was leaving from there, (which can testify to the girl who welcomed us at the beginning), so only after came out the first technician, who told me something else, "go to get the car that we see what the problem", perfect, having parked the car outside the dealership, I go out to go and get it, delay About 5 minutes, because obviously I can not fly, I go back and the technician was gone! I wait another minute just to see if it comes, but nothing, I repeat to the girl that I'm going to go and after WAITING MORE THAN 1 HOUR AND HALF, and not 20 minutes as if by magic another technician appears.
So I conclude by saying that we all work in the business, and it is also right to pull the water to its mill, but when you do not know things and a customer complains you have to meet him, period.

After another 1h and 30min I was told (translation from italian): "sorry but we don't know where the vehicle you've asked for is". Staff lost track of their own vehicles!. From next year 2020 they will no longer have VW concessions and will remain only for Audi. Therefore they have no interest in satisfying and / or reconciling with customers who complain if they have purchased VW, proposing solutions with inflated amounts beyond belief. Sellers are anxious to find out if they have switched to Audi or reallocated and work distractedly and give inaccurate information and then wash their hands in very non-commercial tones.

We were waiting to speak to a salesman, already a little worried because some of them were quietly without a mask or with a mask lowered, even if all the stations are equipped with a plexiglass partition panel. At one point one of the salesmen expresses in a very loud voice a physical appreciation of her colleague at the reception, creating her obvious embarrassment, the chill among the people around and some reproaches from her colleagues. Such a disrespectful and chauvinist attitude (done in complete tranquility in the presence of customers) is unacceptable, and in my opinion it deeply damages the image of the brand.
