I state that I had a problem with the injectors of my car audi a3 1.6 tdi 105 hp in recent days. Staying on the ground in central Italy. Also, during the warranty, I had complained several times about the noise of some and that they were all normal. Back in Milan I went immediately to Sagam complaining about what had happened. Mr. Fabio Germani, Audi service manager, did not hesitate to demonstrate the maximum availability and seriousness in dealing with the problem. I was made a warranty job even though it was no longer in the condition, as the warranty had already expired some time ago. I just have to thank Fabio and Sagam for the promptness and seriousness with which they took care of me.

I phoned to make an appointment for the tire change and I managed to have availability only after a month.
After showing up at the indicated time, I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to check in and 1 hour and 15 to change tires.
I advise you to avoid this dealer for these operations.

So maybe we got to the point after almost 4 years expire in December I think the problems of the acc., The control unit and the monitor of the radio have been solved, with the replacement of all three pieces the thing that recriminate to the Sagam is that there has put too much time but it is said better late than never and however it is always better to extend the warranty, I did not put the fourth star just for the time taken, now I'm almost happy thumb up for the Sagam.

Arriving at 9.40 am hoping to leave the car early. At 10.45 am I go away disconsolate after having lost half a morning just to leave the car! 1 hour wait and it was not my turn! Leave the car in three minutes in a workshop !! get down!

last night I went to Sagam in Viale Fulvio Testi and I noticed an ignorance and rudeness on the part of the 3 salesmen sitting on their desks that will lead me to never enter that car showroom again, I explain the situation:
by 18.50 before the show closed (19.00) because I wanted to have concrete news about the Golf GTD I want to buy; I enter and none of the 3 "sellers" (euphemism ..) welcomes me and does not even look away from their PC screen at least for education, I did not expect the red carpet but at least to be received as a customer.
I wait two minutes standing in front of these sellers but nothing, yet I do not seem to be invisible, so perplexed I go towards a Golf on display there, I return in front of the sellers and NO NODS from these characters ... ....
Another gentleman enters asking if he could look at a car displayed there at the entrance and one of these subjects nods yes, without adding anything else .....
I walk to another Golf and there I notice a gentleman sitting at the desk under the SERVICE billboard, he nods to me, I ask how I should behave "because the vendors have not considered me" and this gentleman explains to me that the Miss at the reception is not there and the sellers don't get up because it works like this there ..
so I reply amazed "ah, this is how it works here ??", he replies in the affirmative that it is late and maybe come back tomorrow, so I say goodbye, I turn my heels and leave, passing over in front of the "salesmen" who seem automatons engaged in such important matters .. no interest!
NOW, I am a freelancer, for me the work has no timetables and I do not expect an employee to think with the head of an entrepreneur, but I imagine that an intelligent person has a minimum of ability to understand situations and a salesman knows how to interact with people,
the much more serious thing, however, is the MALEDUCATION and in that hall it was maximum.
Ultimately, I will never set foot at SAGAM again and will turn to other VolkWagen dealers to buy my car.

I was at your dealership this afternoon around 6.00 pm to ask for information about a purchase. The very welcoming girls, unfortunately I can't say the same for Mr. Loris (as he said to call himself at the presentation stage).
I was directed to an A3 or A4 audio. Unfortunately, perhaps my clothes made the "salesman" think that I was not there to buy but only to waste time (who for the rest does not go in a jacket and tie to buy a car ?!). The "salesman" has placed himself rudely towards me. I was forced to leave. And it was better this way, given the professionalism and hospitality that the customer reserves. I have always believed that Audi was a top 360 car manufacturer. Before choosing your employees remember, you put your face, you are the intermediary between the product and the customer!

I bought a q2 last year in the Milan viale Zara dealership, with cars to be scrapped with the stamp expired a few days, and therefore still payable within the following month. They promised me that they would pay the stamp. After a year, however, I came back unpaid. When asked for explanations, they promised me a voucher of the same amount to be used on the first coupon. This unfulfilled promise too .. normally kind to the sale, as bad in customer management. Forget it or have everything written down or record what they tell you during the sale. They have lost a customer and received bad publicity. I will choose another dealership.

I want to report the professionalism and attention to the customer by the spare parts office in viale Fulvio texts in Sagam.
I have purchased the original Audi and Volkswagen spare parts from them for over 5 years.
Customer care is shown already at the first contact when choosing the required accessory; punctuality in ordering it if not available in stock; upon delivery several times it happened to me that the staff in charge spent not a few minutes explaining and showing me how the purchased accessory worked.
Finally, customer care does not end with the sale! A few months ago my Audi roof box spontaneously broke one of the two internal arms, limiting its opening and impairing its functionality, unfortunately the official 2-year warranty had just expired; not being repairable, thanks to the intercession of Sagam (and in particular of the Service Manager Audi Sigre Fabio Germani) Audi Italy replaced the roof box with a new one.
The customer care of a dealership like Sagam makes the Audi brand great and makes customers satisfied.
I highly recommend always buying original spare parts.

They have not yet completed the renovation .... we present ourselves for open doors the machines had not yet been opened .. 10 hours .... they open them but they are so close that you can't even open the doors to climb ... .disappointment

Bad second experience. I wanted to give it a second chance but there is no way. The first time for a "small" coupon therefore only oil and liquid change over 500.00 Euro. The second time with a three-cylinder car that entered at 14.00 alone I had to wait half an hour before someone deigned to listen to me then, after leaving the car for a day they changed the ignition coil to the modest figure of 489.01 Euro even knowing that a reel for the Polo of my series costs max. 150.00 Euros. Personally I have a Porsche and I must say that spare parts and coupons are much cheaper. To conclude the Polo, after 50 thousand kilometers it has already had to change the distribution chain with chain tensioner in addition to the water pump and this coil. Fortunately I decided to have a Swiss VW dealership replace the chain and chain tensioner otherwise I would have had to sell the car to pay for the repair to the Milanese dealership. So they will never see me here again and I will also send a report to Mathias Mueller whom I am fortunate to know because of the organization of Porsche events.

Bad service: non-coupled cooling alternator, spare wheel screw out of place, worn oil cap, (replaced only after complaint), delay in delivery (expected more than an hour) without having been notified, car returned more dirty when I brought. Very bad quality / price ratio. I expected more professionalism.
