Frankly a boring place and also the services of the restaurant and the hotel deals with the young people as thieves and must pay the insurance for the salt and imports

This is a lovely hotel next to the seaside. It has an awesome ambience and lot of empty spaces to laze around. Rooms a huge and spacious with an excellent house keeping

Neatly Maintained halls and rooms. The open park areas at the back needs more cleaner maintenance. Located on beach front and one can get nice view over the sea.

Very nice hotel. Stayed for 1 month there. Breakfast at spots restaurant was awesone.

The hotel was clean and every thing was okay but i can't trust this hotel again because i forgot my charger in the room and i called them in the same day at (8:30PM)after i cheched out at (12:30 pm), they said we wil check an call you back but they didn't call me back so i called them again after 45 mins they said sorry we don't have room service now to check you can call us tomorrow after 8:00am ......i called them again in the morning they said we will check now and call you back and again no one called me for one hour so i called them again she said i'll call the house keeping and answer you in 5 mins ... she called me after 30 mins and said sorry we didn't find it.....i told her i'm sure100% that i forgot it in the plug behind the iron because it is the only plug in the room and it was a hidden place and i stayed for only one day and i had only one bag and i checked it to be sure she said we can't find it and i asked the guy who clean ur room ....(actually its not that important thing it is just a charger but i can't trust the place again)

This is a great place for fishing enthusiasts, especially barks and birch

The hotel is great and the price is high during the holidays and the beach is closed.

Rooms are clean, spacious and luxury, the service is kind and excellent level. The buffet breakfast spread is very good and the service in the swimming pool area and gym is more than excellent and friendly. My congratulations and grateful for so nice experience. Now for business but definitely willing to have a nice familiar vacation next time :). So true! "My Home in Your City"

Prices are very high compared to the level of residence and location !!

Although there was plenty of food to offer, most of it was chicken. I never could find any lamb supposedly mixed up in the rice. The Shawarma was tasty and freshly made. I always look for bread and butter, but in this case, there was bread and cheese. Turkish coffee was served but I really could've enjoyed a cup of tea. We had discount coupons so, with that in mind, it was worth what we paid for. Service was good, no doubt there.

Everything is excellent in the hotel but it does not take care of the beach

It's a quiet place. There is a kuwaiti restaurant and a cafe in the hotel.

I stayed in the hotel for two nights,the rooms were good but I didn t expect that the view will not be to the sea directly, the lady on the reception her name was saroja was very rude and didn t welcome us by the the way I expected and made our Check-in so difficult, I hope to have a better stay next time.

We were a family of 4 who stayed at a suite and a connected room for 3 nights. We loved this hotel because of the quiteness, the large rooms, the comfy beds, the excellent housekeeping, the friendly and profissional staff, and the security of the facility. I had my own car, so the 30 km distance from the Avenues Malll for example or the Salmiyah district was not a problem at all. As s matter of fact, it was a plus that we stayed far from the high traffic and heavily crowded areas.
The breakfast was rich and full of varaities. Not all rooms on sea side had good sea view. The ones on the south had better view than the ones on the north. The thing I did not like about the redidence section is the fact that one has to leave the loppy, walks to the outside yard befor he enters the residence section. Although the two room apartments I saw first were nice and spacious, I opted not to stay there because of this afformentioned isolation issue. Another thing that I think was bad was the somking smell coming out from these two apartments I checked. Hotel management needs to do something regarding this issue.

In general, the hotel was a good choice that we all liked as a family. We difinitly will consider this hotel again in our next trip to Kuwait.

A very failed hotel unfortunately Madre How this 5 star hotel is supposed to be limited to 3 stars The rooms are very old decoration and the wood to the bathroom is cracked and semi-damaged and the rooms are more than the Vishin Kharbana and Lamptin Makhtajl and above this Chalo Price is expensive for the shape and decoration and modern room price approximately 700 SAR The service and the poor service row cars passed through all the hotels but on the other hand the form of the lobby and welcome when entering the lobby was very good first time the hotel and the last bitterness Kuwait overpriced prices in the room and unfortunately

The place is badly treated. I booked them on January 7 via Bukking. And I was at a checkpoint almost a month before that. I called them on the same day and they confirmed to me that my reservation was there. I came at one o'clock at their point and said they were fully booked but received the room at three o'clock. I came back to them and they said there are no rooms. The height of recklessness and insolence. I am not the only one who complained about this problem. I would never recommend this hotel.

The place is very clean and comfortable, its location is very easy and convenient, the style and the view really suggest the luxury of the place, the parking is easy and close to the gate, the restaurants are very beautiful and varied .. wandered in the place The outstanding artwork next to the reception and the walkways in the lobby are very upscale and the hotel is a great choice And plainly honest

Hotel in north side of kuwait near to sea side .food is very bad there

I booked this hotel because it is on the beach and has some facilities for the kids. I was surprised that the beach is closed for some construction operations.

If I knew this, I would have booked another normal and cheaper hotel in the city because it is going to only be for sleeping time.

The Internet service is not working as well.

It is a bad experience for me and my family since we believe we have been deceived in this place which promised alot and delivered only few things.

The hotel has a very bad management, unfortunately, the first day I arrived at after sunset they did not enter me into my room except after three hours and forced me to pay inside the hotel on the pretext that the card that was in the reservation was rejected and then after I left the hotel and arrived in my country surprises an electronic discount from the same hotel and me Now for more than two weeks, I demand the money and deny that it is not they and dealing with them tired and exhausted

3 is only if it is compared to the top notch hotels. Otherwise a marvellous hotel experience: good accommodation, good food, good services, good services, good hospitality, surroundings, moderate cost, adequate location, good for holiday or business meets, ample parking.
Only downside is no access to the sea.
