Full of people who are there just to say that they're at the Saatchi Gallery. Doesn't have much of what I would call Art, but that's my opinion. Bottom floor display with the oil was pretty cool. Probably takes about 30 mins to look around the building

Went to the Saatchi to see the Tutankhamen expo. Interesting exhibits and gives you a flavour of what Carter and Caernarvon would have found. It was, however, very busy and thus it was difficult to see the exhibits. It paid to wait and let the crowds move on!

A good location in Duke of York's Square, Kings Road, Chelsea. Just a short walk from Sloane Square and the Underground station, or take the No. 11 bus from Victoria Train Station.

The Tutankhamun Exhibition was crowded on a Sunday afternoon with queues for entry. Book tickets in advance on their website. Entry slots to the exhibition are time staggered.

The gallery is on various levels with both stairs and elevators. The combination of crowds and queues inside with insufficient ventilation, low background lighting and spot lighting to highlight the exhibits, creates a claustrophobic and stuffy environment.

Many people ignoring instructions not to use their mobile phones for photo's and videography. Some even using flash photography!

Toilets are downstairs in the basement.

Saatchi Gallery is a modern art gallery close to Sloane square. It is quite spacious, extending over 3 floors and had a lot of temporary exhibitions from various artists.

We visited for the 'We live in an ocean of air's VR interactive exhibition which we found just okay. I can understand it can be a great, original experience for some but not so much of you have used a VR headset already.

Unbelievable rubbish. Pompous worship of an idea that was terrible to start with. The curators should study German art and try to get what the point of art is rather than fill this hanger with utter tripe!!

Art is a personal preference. There is a good mix and you'll find things you like, things you don't and those that are simply not comprehendable. Like the way you can walk from gallery 1 to gallery 6 without missing out displays. Or doubling back.

From October 2019 to May 2020 there is a monograph of Tutankhamun, it is necessary to get a ticket beforehand since it is usually quite full and they are sold out during the weekend.
The rest of the exhibitions are closing until the Tutankhamun exhibition closes

My mother's Christmas present was a trip to the Tutankhamun exhibition, which has timed slots. Despite the weather, despite the delays due to how busy it was, the exhibition it utterly amazing and definitely worth a visit!

I absolutely loved it. The whole exhibition from the lower ground floor to the second floor was remarkable. I really enjoyed the arctic photojournalist images, and also the anti-plastic bags piece of work. The grandeur of them all was excellent, as each piece was about triple the size of me. It feels very new, and the works of art are all 2019, so for a free gallery it is worth visiting to see the newest modern art!

FREE FUN with the best artists globally, Saatchi never disappoints. Take your time going through each floor (don t forget the basement) + exit through the gift shop. On the weekends enjoy the food market out the front, the Duck roll & Oysters are a fav!

Tutenkhamen exhibition was very badly organised. Far too many people booked for the timed session meaning that it was impossible to see anything. Crowd control was required and lacking. Very disappointing.

One of the first gallery I've discovered when I first moved in London 8 years ago.
The place is so relaxing and the exhibitions are always breathtaking. If you love contemporary art. Then you'll love Saatchi Gallery.

It's a bit of a rabbit Warren with no natural light. We went for the Tutankhamen Exhibition which was stretched out over 8 or 9 galleries mainly do they could cram in as many people as possible and too many. It was difficult to get near some of the cases. The audio tour was extremely basic and a waste it money. Most of the info was written as well. All in all it was nice but rather uninspired. The gift shop is ludicrously overpriced and filled with tat!

Went tk visit yhe King Tut exhibition and it was superb. I saw it in the British Museum in 1972 and whilst it didn't have the same impact (no Death Mask!!) The exhibition was still tremendous, the naration and annotation were first class.

My low rating is based on the tutankhamen exhibiti...

My low rating is based on the tutankhamen exhibition itself, not the exhibits (obviously). Bearing in mind every poster and advert features the famous burial casket and mask It would be reasonable to assume that it was part of the exhibition. So as we got crushed through the crowds in the first four rooms we eagerly anticipated the highlight in room five. Unfortunately we ended up in the gift shop asking each other if we had actually missed the most important exhibit. The small notice next to the replica of the mask in the gift shop points out that the original does not leave Egypt.
I can completely understand why this is the case but I can t understand why the exhibition seems to be selling itself on that one particular treasure.

In actual fact, the exhibition is a very small selection of the treasures and we expected to see a lot more. The audio guides are a complete waste of money As all the important information is written on the showcases. Coupled with the very obvious overcrowding (which is clearly the galleries method of maximising revenue as much as possible) we left disappointed.

Excellent exhibition of Russian artists including Pusey Riot. Loved the Calder drawings. Very helpful staff. Only gripe is that the only toilets were closed for cleaning before gallery closed - but Mess restaurant adjacent helped out....

Tutankhamen exhibition was very good!

Shame the staff were not more strict on usage of mobile phones for photography/filming purposes, which the Saatchi Gallery emphasised was prohibited. We found many of the visitors to be very inconsiderate waving their phones around throughout the whole exhibition, which meant that we weren't able to enjoy the experience to the full extent.

King Tut exhibition very busy, it's big already and takes time to see each exhibit, but takes too long because waiting for people to move out of the way. Long way to toilets. Cafe closed by the time we sped around. Best
part was exhibit. Last chance.
