It's nearly impossible to get a job here, unless you are "perfect"! Not an equal opportunity employer! Don't waste your time applying for a position here and go apply elsewhere!

This is where my roommate works. He loves it and the culture! He says they start at a good wage and the people are nice!
Allen Anderson...the work force manager is incompetent. He is sexist, and bias toward people he thinks he can take advantage of. He doesn't men up for anything, he just passes it off the issues to the girls because he doesn't know anything.
I have been working at S3 for just shy of two years now. I am amazed at how hard the employees work to manage complex expectations and member experiences. The CEO is constantly challenging his executive committee to look for more efficiencies to make the employee experience better. It is refreshing to see a company chase down the needs of its staff to ensure morale and efficiency as opposed to just looking to overburden staff to make an artificial bottom line. If you are looking to be equally challenged and supported, this is the place for you.
Awful management !!! they do not care about their employees who handle
the member's accounts so i would be very careful dealing with them
S3 breakdown:
If you plan on working for S3, please pay attention to the learning journey form. That is what the managers base things off of in terms of a pay increase. If you are considered a level two rep. You ll have to work in new queues of the learning journey for about three months before the employer thinks about giving you .50 cent raise.
S3 also lies to get you through the door. You will also have to wait 12 months before you are able to apply for a new position within the company. Please don t believe S3 when they say there s no seniority.
I have nothing good to say about this company. If you are looking for employment, I encourage you to patiently wait until something else comes your way. You will be unhappy here and given the run around just like a Bellco, Bethpage, or Secu member would over the phone.
I ve been working here since January and am loving it. I look forward to going to work and am glad that I have the opportunity to be a part of the team! Values are definitely imperative here and it is not something that is easily found in my previous jobs. I am excited to learn more each day and hopefully move up within time.
I wouldn't trust these people at all! Just my opinion
My interview for this company was the best one I ve had in a while. If you re like me when you interview, you re very nervous especially interviewing with two managers at one time. Surprisingly, it had an ease to it. I felt very comfortable More
