I have been working at S3 for just shy of two year...

I have been working at S3 for just shy of two years now. I am amazed at how hard the employees work to manage complex expectations and member experiences. The CEO is constantly challenging his executive committee to look for more efficiencies to make the employee experience better. It is refreshing to see a company chase down the needs of its staff to ensure morale and efficiency as opposed to just looking to overburden staff to make an artificial bottom line.
