I discovered S2M in Oct 2013. I'd been made redundant that same month. I have met a couple of digital recruiters both in the CBD and in North Sydney. They didn't listen to me and promised a lot without delivering anything.
The reason I'd recommend S2M is because they're genuine, honest and very upfront. My contact was James Cooper. James didn't sugar coat anything. And i liked that approach. Communication was excellent. Honesty is what makes this a great recruitment agency. Placing me in a job which has exactly the specifications and requirements I wanted. What a great recruitment agency!
I'm not sure why I never approached S2M during my job hunt before. I've had such a great experience being placed by Sophie from S2M. She is really interested and really cares about candidates. She constantly communicates during the whole process and gives updates every step of the way, which is important so that the candidate is never in the dark at any time. I'm in my 3rd round of an interview with a company and whatever the outcome of the last round maybe, I would highly recommend S2M and Sophie Ramsay to assist you in your search for your next job.

We engaged S2M to help us recruit a Marketing Director for Independent Reserve. I had a great experience at S2M, with Sophie especially, friendly, professional correspondence and well matched roles...and I got the job! I also got a sense there would be continued support and friendly feedback with a role that didn't work out

They are the worst recruitment company I ever saw. A retard named manager rang me, I said I was busy in office and we shall quickly finish off. He then continued to give info about the position and my current situation and started taking interview. I was like what the heck is he up to. He said I was not able to answer few questions, and how can you quote 100k, really?? Later after 10 mins he called me back and said the previous call was for a different role. Huh you kidding me. I don't know what he want. Did not check my profile, didn't know what technologies I worked on, did not know for which position is he calling for, did not know if he can really kill people's time having said this just to know my current state, above all he want me to quote less as I did not answer all his questions?
