Had Sophie put me forward for a design leadership position in company with a super cool product.
She was able to understand and present my strengths while also giving me good advice on preparation.

While we both acknowledged I wasn t a perfect fit for the leadership role, Sophie saw my passion for the company and S2M worked with all parties, so that when a suitable role came available I was first through the door.
