Great place to buy computers, laptops and accessories

Worst services, arrogant owner, cannot manage customers, not at all eligible to be in the service sector. For the owner, customer is no one. Woild not even give half star after the experience I had in dealing with this guy.

I just got number from msi website. I contacted with Mr. Taneja ji, he told me to contact with Mr. Sumeet Ji . I observed those guys are very professional in service. Imidiate reply on msg. Prices are very Good as compare to other in Pune. Now I'm waiting for the Final Offer. Thanks S'Tech.

Ooh My Goodness..... I was planning to purchase Hefty 50,000 Rs computer from these guys.. Searched on MSI website where I got to know that these guys are official service providers of MSI product.
But reading so many terrible comments about how terrible S tech service is and how badly they talk with customers... How they ignore them as if customers have no value... I will take advice of other buyers and stay the hell away from S tech now...

S tech is probably only proper computer hardware store in Pune and they have almost every kind of computer components. They are also authorized dealer of MSI in Pune. I gave them 4 star and not 5 because of their recent pricing for components. Now you can find some hardware selling for lower price at places like Amazon but earlier they use to offer best price in market. The advisor of shop are well aware and know about technology so they can help one out in making decisions. But it's recommended that you do your research in advance and than head to market for purchase. Overall the best computer shop I know in Pune.

1) All the products offered and delivered are genuine.
2) They genuinely suggest the products as per the requirements of the customer.
3) Coming to the pricing, the prices are definitely competitive and in some cases exclusively affordable.
4) The team of engineers working on installation of the PC are also as helpful as other staff.

Tips:
1) If you are clueless about some of your requirements or choosing between alternatives, they might end up offering you the products which they have stocked up or have high margin upon. Although, these options may not necessarily be of inferior quality it is good to be aware of what you are buying.

Best price and guaranteed products. They take some time to manage your product needs, but otherwise it's a nice experience shopping computers with them

One stop solution to all your problem regarding computers. I spent almost 2 week's time to just to find out exact issue by visiting near by repairing center but none of them provided proper solution. Someone says issue with graphic card, issue with motherboard, issue with PSU but actual issue is with RAM which they found it very quickly. I bought a gaming pc from here, overall a nice place to pick up pc build or any other pc parts but sometimes they charge more amount than other places and the service charges are too much I mean you jusy want to know what's wrong in pc they charge you 500 rs whether you make repairs or not.

There overall service was good. I was not about to post a bad review. But after crossing my limits i am posting this review.
I bought a laptop from them a month ago and now they are calling and messaging me, asking for more money. The person who had call me, he said " i told you a different price mistakenly, for your laptop and the actual price is this this." ( +3000) ". That is they were asking me for more 3k. This is not done. This shows how unprofessional you are.. grow up guyz. And please stop harassing me now. Other wise i can take other step too. Don't under estimate me.

Good place for computer buyes they had good service and provide all kinds of computers and their parts and other services

First of all, this shop has nice staffs. They helped me to get the best configuration according to my needs, although I had my own list of specs with me.
The owner of this shop Mr. Sumit Taneja has a sound knowledge about computer specs, he suggested me best options within my budget.
Mr. Sunny Sonar takes care of the sales, who helped me literally with everything. I asked him the price of every computer components on WhatsApp few days before buying and he replied to each and every queries and provided me the best price, really nice and humble person.
Mr. Dutta does all the assembling and installation of PC and laptops, he explained almost everything while assembling my PC, he even answered my silly questions .

I would recommend this shop for those people who want to buy genuine product in the best price. This shop is the one stop solution for PC and laptop.

Bought msi laptop from here, worst service you could ever expect, the guy who might be the owner is the most arrogant person I have ever seen. Scammed me with a fake screen for 7500/- without warranty and bill.
