Market not to be missed, lots of clothes at good prices Only on Sundays. Stand with absolutely delicious sandwiches
Trinket market, not worth it, unless you want to buy cheap souvenirs
Good neighborhood, every Saturday has a huge market, where you can find absolutely everything, from food to Chinese products, including antiques, clothing, plants, crafts, etc ... A very curious place to to visit.
You make great purchases but you have to be careful with pickpockets
You really find everything if you look closely some of them have designer sportswear
Adidas puma Nike
Certainly no models recently bicycles
And over for cars
Route everything
Pure gets intimate
Many shops for motorcycles / bikes / cars, were not met my expectations, I thought it was a flea market.
Find everything, especially clothing at discounted prices
The Rome market. For a passing tourist it is worth a visit. Sunday only.
Historic flea market that has lost most of its historic banks but not its charm
Beautiful as always ... Along the avenue you will find a pizzeria to cut, stop that deserves .. Beware of thieves
Good for buying parts for motorcycles and scooters .. Inquire first about prices and bargain
Lot's of junk and Chinese merchandise, some authentic old stuff, it makes for a good walk, a few miles up and down 2 or 3 streets.
On Sundays you can find the ttt the old market used and new
I did not like it very much ..... after walking hour ... I asked a very kind person told me that the mercadino does it only on Sunday !!!
Porta portese, Saturdays to Sundays from 6 am to 2 pm. Very cheap and good!
Over the years it has declined a lot, once you could also find new products identical to those sold in shops at lower prices. There is currently a lot of poor quality used stuff and few new products that are also of poor quality. Made in Italy has practically disappeared ..., but this is now common even in the most "noble" shops, globalization is looming ...
It's very good the market that only works on sundays
Excellent place. A little market in Rome. Good point.
Yes, it's a big open-air fair. It is a program for those interested in popular culture. Do not expect high quality items, but have fun with the bargains and speeches from vendors. Attention to counterfeit goods and out-of-date products. It is possible to arrive with the metro, jumping at Circus Massimo station followed by a walk.
I expected the market to be different, instead it is the usual rag market
You have to go see the door on Sundays because that's when there is the market.
Being part of Rome is a very beautiful place, historical and full of tourists
This is just the beginning ... You can reach the Trastevere station!
Porta Portese is a market where everything is sold (antiques, new and used clothes, DIY materials, fabrics, used books, unique pieces, ...)
Very good prices for clothes (50 cents/1 euro and up) and shoes. And everything, really.
The largest open-air market in Rome, every Sunday from 9.00 to 14.00.
Historical market in the capital. Every Sunday. Via Ippolito Nievo. Mainly clothing
But even furniture, records, gastronomy
If you visit the place on Sunday, you will love it. It is full of people who look for all kinds of things. It is a big market.
Historical market that retains its charm despite the contaminations
there is the old woman who has a picture of Pope John ...
Roman historian Market remembered by the eponymous song by Baglioni, I expected more as very large pleasant Roman
The old memories have remained such ... now reduced to a market without history. Sin
A market with big deals ... so many ancient things ... but you have to come early in the morning ...
The most famous market in Rome. . on Sunday morning you can find everything ... beware of cheating
Every Sunday morning there is a flea market here where you can find many interesting things. but even watching is very fun. you just have to watch out for pickpockets.
Second-hand market where you can find forgotten things and in any case of good quality. Good prices. Beware of mugging
From a Roman, if you are looking for something about your car, at very reasonable prices, you can only go to the many kiosks. If you go to the famous weekend when there is the famous market, find the impossible .. Treat people, treat the price.
Retrace the entire history of your life with vintage and new items from this colorful, rowdy, well-stocked outdoor market. Vintage clothing, bags and shoes from top, top, top brands!
Beautiful door. The market has nothing in particular compared to other weekly markets, in fact it is also a bit messy.
I think it is perhaps the biggest and most important flea market in Europe. Items of all kinds and some incredible prices
'nnate if you like dirty old stuff. Nice prices but beware that there is always someone who wants to screw. Beware that it then burns and gnaws. Beautiful.
Very popular on weekends, especially on Sundays with the famous market, it is one step away from Trastevere and two steps from Aventine Hill!
Temple of poor globalization there is nothing more than the charm of the past when you could buy a puppy passed off as a pure breed or find memorabilia from the Second World War and maybe find small treasures.
Now only aseptic benches for survival there is no more fantasy.
Very cheap clothes, one until he does not give much, but if he looks good he finds something good, he sells everything at the fair and he only has to be careful not to be robbed by the sellers. All very willing to take advantage of tourists who go to the place to make purchases.
There is a market every Sunday where you spend a little buying various beautiful products that can be used in daily life.
From the porta portese in trastevere stretching to via I. nievo, roads are closed as they open their sunday flea market (open eveey sunday only). Variety of items displayed for customers to see, whether it's vintage, antique, preloved, and brand new. Only opens from 9 in the morning to 2 in the afternoon. A little note for everyone willing to visit this place, be extra careful with you bags and personal items as this place gets visited by huge amount of people.
Here are some photos i took that caught my attention.
Evergreen market in ancient and modern Rome. It is found in everything.
At the fair Porta Portese, just to buy souvenirs, still the same price of the seats ...
