I just want to take a minute to tell you about my experience with your company. David and Ken went above and beyond to help us out. I was on the verge of bankruptcy and they found a solution for me. I can breathe easier now. The staff that you have are amazing. Its nice to know that there are still people out there in this world that actually care and are not just in it for the paycheck. I look forward to the next 3 years with ya'll. Once again thanks for making our lives easier.

Working with this company was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. They lead you to believe they will start working with your credit card companies right away. Wrong. You make payments regular but they don't contact your creditors until there is a certain amount of money in your account. Therefore all my accounts became delinquent. Every one of them became four or five months late before they started working with anyone. When I began receiving notices from collection agencies I called and expressed my concern, saying I agreed to work with them to avoid this. They dismissed it saying, "Oh we've had great luck working with collection agencies." They also failed to mention the fact that if these companies write off your debt you then receive a 1099 which you have to claim as income. When asked about fees I was told oh don't worry that's included in your payment. Their fee is 30% of the settlement--of each settlement. Is that even legal? There were so many deceptions and lies by omission. Horrible company to work with. I'd have been better off to just work with each credit card company myself. Working with this company is one of my biggest regrets. So please, everyone. Find a different solution. This one only brought me more trouble and heartbreak than what I was dealing with before. If could find a way to shut them down I would.

This place is a scam trust my opinion I was briefly employed by this place and quickly figured it out. When it was obvious that I was not comfortable using the phone or computers to scam people out of their money I was Fired. So they use the Hispanic population to do so to exploit and target the minority. Which Sadly for $22 an hr some people don't mind selling out.

I was in my mid-to-late 20s when I signed up for this program, and like many of their customers, ignorant to how this program would affect me in the long run. So after completely tanking my credit, I was left with multiple delinquent accounts on my credit. It ultimately affected my ability to get apartments, lower car interest rates, and other forms of credit because of it. Since the program ended, I've never had a credit score above 645. I'm left trying to figure out a way to remove all the delinquent accounts (though paid off) from my report sooner than seven years. I was so ignorant, I had no idea the proper way to nurture my credit, however, creditors couldn't care less of this mistake. One day, I would like to purchase a home but that won't be anytime soon. If I had to give people considering this program any advice, do your research on other options before S&N Debt Solutions, this should be a last resort sans bankruptcy.

IF YOU DON"T LIKE YOUR CREDIT, then this is the company for you.

Their tactic of making you delinquent just to negotiate a settlement is a asinine way of making sure you never get credit from those creditors again.

I went through the process and tried to reapply for Discover and BOA and both referenced my settlement as being an issue for a denied credit line.

Yup, that's right...S&N takes your money, tanks your credit, and leaves you empty handed.

Then the fast talking on the phone happens "Uh we never say that"...but they do...same BS.

SO IF YOU NEVER WANT GOOD CREDIT AGAIN.....THEN YOU HAVE FOUND YOUR COMPANY.

I already have and will be recommending S&N to any friends or family struggling with debt. Being a business professional, I did my research on S&N before I signed up- They are rated very highly by the BBB, so I gave them a go. I am so grateful that I found this company- I went from paying a ridiculous amount in minimum payments (with little hope of paying my credit cards down) to paying one lump sum a month that actually went towards something. They put your payments in a savings account and use those funds to settle with your debt accounts.

I was able to save thousands of dollars and finish my program agreement early because the accounts settled so low. Any lump sum payments also help you finish the program faster. My agreement was originally for 42 months, but unless you come into a small inheritance there is little hope of significantly paying down/off your debt on your own in that period of time without outside help. The interest will probably kill you first, realistically. Customer service is very helpful, and the overall process (signing up, during, finishing) relatively pain-free.

It is important to keep in mind that S&N does keep 25% of your original balance as a fee... However, if you're in a position like I was and are struggling to even just pay the minimums every month, or worried you'll soon be in collections, it's your best option by far. They will even talk to collection agencies/lawyers for you, which is why it is vital you forward ANY and ALL documents you receive concerning your debt accounts. If you don't you can only blame yourself for any consequences that arise. Think of it this way: They act as your account manager, and need to be kept in the loop at all times.

Thanks to S&N, I m entering 2017 with nothing to worry about except my student loans.

*Side note: I posted this same review on BBB- I thought it would be just as helpful to share on Google too*

I've been on quite a journey with this company. After sudden job loss post-college, I accrued considerable credit card debt while I pursued my Graduate degree. After struggling for 2 years with trying to pay them off myself, I received a call from a company I'd never heard of. I spoke to a very caring, understanding, and helpful representative who offered me a lifeline.
Also, to their credit, we spoke for almost 2 hours and he answered every question and concern I raised openly, including the company's commission and how that factors into the price. So, I started the program. Yes! My credit took a hit, but it was already not doing well due to my debts. I made payments for approximately 4 years, and they settled with all three cards. The total amount of money I've spent through this program ended up being 50% of the original debt. I want to thank all of the helpful employees, especially the original representative (Sorry, I can't remember your name), and Oleg who is awesome and super helpful!

P.S. My Credit has been regrowing steadily and right now it's in the "good" range, so don't let that fear stop you.

The primary problem I had with the company is after I saved money, I end up paying taxes which was 2600 dollars. Luckily the stimulus took care of this debt, but no one explained that the IRS considered this earn income which is ridiculous.
